Everything went well. Rooms were clean, parked in a very safe place and was able to take the shuttle several times to the airport and back. I had two family members leaving SFO on different days This worked out great!

It was great for a quick overnight stop. Convenient to the airport but the flip side is that it’s noisy with planes overhead. The shuttle doesn’t run all day and it didn’t work for us when we landed and we had to cab it, but was prompt in the morning.

I booked my stay a month in advance and they said a crib would be available for me. When I arrived, they said all cribs were taken. I had 90min before my son’s bedtime and he has never slept outside of a crib before. I ended up buying one second hand at the absolute last minute so my son had somewhere to sleep. After I had already spent $90 and he had fallen asleep, they called the room (!!!!) to say they had a crib available. Luckily they did not wake him up. Also when I took apart one of the beds to get a sheet to use for the crib, I found a used and bloody band aid. Breakfast was worthwhile but there’s a ton of airplane noise. But most of all they are simply not a reliable choice for families. We will not return.

An exceptionally well - run, and exceptionally CLEAN family run hotel. Large room with opening windows so you can also get clean air. Everything worked, location minutes from the airport and Caltrain to San Francisco is 6 min walk away which gets you downtown for less than $4!

The Atrium provided me an excellent place to sleep the night before going to the airport for an early flight. The staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was ok, the room was clean and comfortable, The area around the hotel is mostly businesses and not picturesque.

We had a two bedroom room with a door between them, key when a snorer is in the group. Rooms were spacious and clean. 10 minutes to the airport via their free shuttle. A 30 minute, $35 Uber ride got us to Haight Ashbury. Free breakfast, fair rate and a helpful staff. Very happy with our selection of the Atrium. Would recommend.

Don't stay here if you need to get sleep. The hotel is set up like an atrium layout, hence the name, but it's inside so all the room entry doors are open to the atrium and the second level is also open to below. This means you can hear a lot of doors opening and closing constantly. During our stay there was a group of 15 friends/family drinking, being loud, yelling and constantly slamming doors until 4am. We reported them to the front desk but nothing happened, probably since there is only one guy working there overnight. On top of that there are airplanes flying right over the hotel and sound like a fighter jet. This goes on all throughout the night and shakes the whole room. The only positives were that the room was pretty clean and no issues inside the actual room. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and outdated, but other than that it's alright. Wouldn't stay again though.

The hotel was just what we needed. It was close to the airport and within walking distance to be able to get some food items. We had a large larger family in the fact that they offer rooms with two king beds was perfect and a rare find. The bedding was comfortable in the room. Temperature was also comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Great sized room, close proximity to the airport. Phone did not work. Bathtub plug did not work. Staircase in the parking garage does not open from the outside. No signs were posted anywhere that it is for “emergency “ purposes only but that is what we were told.

The property is very close to the airport, and the parking is included, which is definitely a plus for travelers. It might need some update on the room fixtures, otherwise it is a good location with friendly staffs. And the breakfast is also included too. The only inconvenience is the surrounding dining and shopping limitation. There's no restaurants or convenient stores within the walking distance, so the transportation is needed if you wanna do anything within the area. Besides that, everything else is ok, and will definitely stay there again.

A fairly new an clean Hotel in an older neighborhood. Considering the vicinity of San Francisco you get a fairly good deal for its star rating. Caltrain is within walking distance and takes you to SF in 20 Minutes for 3.75$

Nice place close to SFO. Parking is difficult if you have a full size PU truck or SUV due to height clearances and space. Clerk at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was sketchy. I would stay here again without wife or family.

We stayed here for a night. When we found the hotel, I immediately regretted it! The area did not feel safe at all. It was a last minute decision to stay here, and it was pretty late to go anywhere else with the kids. But to our surprise, the hotel was good and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was good. So, if you are in the area it is decent place to stay for the price.

Very convenient to the airport with available shuttle. Room was clean and had plenty of space for the two of us. The included breakfast was great- eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, English muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, 3 types of cereal, and coffee.

Great place by airport obviously not quiet with jets taking off. Surrounded by sketch store across the street but hotel nice as well as staff. Free breakfast 😋 could mix it up as same day after day stay. Family who rins it lives on 2nd flppr by breakfast dining hall. Very nice but a sort a wete watching you vibe. Woupd recommend as its a good thing they keep am eye on home and investment.

Room was very stuffy and had some kind of smell that made me allergic and congested. Perhaps a cleaning agent with irritating qualit. Breakfast was terrible- orange juice was already spoiled, no microwave to make instant oatmeal, no pastries, no black tea. Instead of scrambled eggs, some questionable egg patties.
