The only complaint is I had to kill a visual cockroach in my 315 room on 9/4/2024. I know the area can’t always be super perfect, I just didn’t think I would have found a Roach in my room. I left it on the floor where I killed it so they saw it was dead. Sorry.

Before I even reserved this hotel on hotels.com I called to make sure that they have a business center for the public with a printer that has ink in his functioning. They lied and said yes! There is no business center. It put a huge strain on my business while I was staying here because I could not print out my orders..... And there's nowhere to go to get it printed out at 3:00 in the morning. Do not stay here! These people are liars.

It was a good for a quick overnight stop near SFO, although further than it seemed on the map, about 15 minute cab ride, $36! The elevator was broken, had been for a couple of days. It was rather inconvenient with all our baggage to get to the 2nd floor. The night clerk was wonderful in helping us drag the bags up. The room was a good size and the bed comfy, just as we hoped for. (We took Uber back to SFO the following am, $21.)

The parking is not user friendly. The entrance area to the room needs remodeling. They continue to clean an unclean looking area. The room is holding up with the last remodeling. The shower curtain had mold on it.

The room was clean, well-lit, quiet and as described. All the furnishings looked fresh! The hotel rooms open into an enclosed corridor and common space that were also well-lit by skylight and lights. Very convenient location due to walkable access to public transit for going to SF downtown or to the airport. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. I had some trouble maintaining connectivity to the wi-fi on my devices, but it didn't matter since I had enough data and speed on my cellphone.

We called at 5pm to let the front desk know that we would be checking in between midnight and 1AM. We got to the room and the room was clean except for the bed and linens were stained and yellow. The towels were dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for clean linens to make up the bed or a new room but the night attendant wouldn't wake up no matter how loud I rang the bell and called for him. I could hear him snoring from the office area. THE APP WON'T LET ME UPLOAD THE PICTURES

This property is incredibly noisy: 6 lane freeway out front, aircraft noise at rear, construction site on one side, automated car wash to the other side - it was as loud as a jet engine right outside my window. Clearly no-one read my standard request of quiet room away from machinery noise and elevators. This hotel is totally useless for airline passengers trying to catch up on sleep.

This is a fine place for a short business trip. Lack of double glazing meant there was a lot of traffic noise at night, and fairly thin walls added to the noise from elsewhere. Bed was v comfortable and the room neat, tidy and refurbished although the bathroom was a little dated. Nice to have a microwave, access to a kettle would have been good. Lift not working

The room was clean and large. I like the faux hardwood floor. The bed is comfortable and shower adequate. Two small nits: This is the second hotel in a row where there have been no facial tissues. Is this a thing? There was even a slot in the vanity for a box of tissues but I was told they don’t provide them. Also, the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. We arrived very early—almost two hours before check in. We were told rooms would be ready at 2:30 p.m. We had lunch nearby (there are several dining establishments and a wide variety of ethnic foods—restaurants and markets—within about three blocks). We came back at 2:30 and rooms were ready as promised. A front desk being accurate and true to their word is a real plus. I was staying for one night while attending two Giants games. Caltrain station is a half mile away and BART is a mile away—great access to San Francisco. One tip: Ask for a room away from the El Camino Real side. The road is very noisy.

We arrived late at night (3am) and we’re greeted with enthusiasm that we had made it! We were very pleased with the room and service! The bed was comfortable, the floor space was nice and open with a small sofa and the shower was AMAZING! The shower had a jetted tub and rain shower head with great water pressure. I didn’t want to leave this room! Access to SFO and downtown were convenient. The hotel offers free, covered parking!

Clean and safe-feeling hotel, near airport. Be aware, no hotel shuttle. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and facilities with a quaint, San Francisco flair. 24H desk service - appreciated after a late-night flight arrival. My son rates the shower head a 10 out of 10. I’d stay here again.

This was my second trip there this year. The last trip the elevator wasn't working. It was in January. They told me when I got there and gave me the chance to go elsewhere. Plus they took my bag to my room. This time they said nothing until after I had checked in and paid. And no offer of help with my luggage although I didn't need it.

We had a horrible experience due to the room being double booked. We got woken up by someone banging on and trying to open our door! They actually had a key card that was activated and the only thing that kept them from opening it all the way was the metal door stopper. It scared us so badly that we weren’t able to get back to sleep. We hoped to get a few hours of sleep before our early flight but that just didn’t happen. Plus it’s located right next to a busy road with tons of vehicles going by all night long. The garage parking was also awful as it’s super small and hard to park in. I’d recommend staying somewhere else!

Stayed here just to sleep after a 2:00am flight arrival and prior to driving to our ultimate destination. The property was much better than expected. Easy parking under the building, very close to SFO, desk clerk was nice, room had a fridge and microwave.

Convenient location, close to SFO, reasonable price. Garage is small and was full so I had to park on the street which makes me nervous in the Bay Area. Minimal amenities which was ok. The floor of my room was pretty dirty, I kept my socks on due to this and they were rapidly soiled. Some of the light fixtures were very dusty.

This no must no fuss place is my favorite when I have to stay overnight for SFO. Good size rooms and a lot of amenities within blocks - restaurants, taco trucks, liquor store, and a groovy downtown in San Bruno if you go a couple more blocks. I always try to get the third floor because there are great city views with the mountains on one side and the bay on the other. Semi-secure parking underneath the building, very busy street. Hard to beat rate and friendly staff. Works for me! 😀

This was excellent value for the price. It was convenient to BART, CalTrain, and local bus service. I exclusively used this hotel for an event being held in San Francisco. It usually took about an hour to get there on public transit and that was great value to avoid driving and parking in SF. The hotel is a little older, but very well kept. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.
