3 gece konakladığımız carra konağından memnun ayrıldık. Nuh bey ve tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz. Odamız güzeldi, teras manzarası güzeldi, kahvaltı güzeldi. Eski Mardin'in ortak sorunu otopark sorunu. Bu da çok normal. Otelin önünde 2 araçlık yer var. Genel kullanıma açık. Ama sokaklar dar olduğu için tercih etmedik. Çok yakında belediyenin kapalı otoparkı var. Nuh beyin yönlendirmesiyle oraya koyduk arabayı. Fiyatı uygun. Otelin konumu eski Mardin'de gezilecek yerlerin göbeğinde. Her yeri yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Tavsiye ederiz.

Nu and the staff were so helpful from the moment we checked in explaining all of the areas we should visit in Mardin. The breakfasts were yummy and each of the staff were very service oriented. The room was clean and well maintained. Perfect hotel to walk the main area of Mardin. Enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings overlooking Mardin. Mardin is a magical place and we hope to visit again.

Kesinikle tavsiye ederim. Merkezde ve her konuma yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oldu, otelde değil kendi evinizde gibi hissedeceksiniz. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla doyurucu. Mükemmel bir manzara ile tersi var, akşamları keyif kahve içmelik. Takrar Mardine gidersem adresim belli :)

Oda kesinlikle konforlu tarihi bi odaydı çok beğendik sadece bizim kaldığımız odadan herhangi bir manzara görünmüyordu ama otelin terasının manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı standart bi otel kahvaltısı gibiydi güzeldi çarşıya yakınlığı da çok güzel kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Folks at Carra Hotel are extremely helpful and honest about the room.options. it is located at the heart of the old Mardin. The breakfast terrace has the exquisite view of the Mesopotamia and my room had a small portion of the same view. The breakfast is a splendid spread of local tastes. It needs to be understood that one is staying at an ancient dwelling, not a regular square hotel. Yet, the sheets are clean, hot water is available and there is a refrigerator in the room. The amenities are basic, the manager is very helpful and the staff are adorable. You have to be ready for a few steps as the ancient city is built on a slope and that is one of the reasons why Mardin is magnificent. The staff is always there to help with the luggage up and down.

Otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Ama herseyden daha dikkat çekici olan otel çalışanlarının alakası ve misafirperverligiydi. Otel görevlisi Zeyn arkadasimiz çok sevimli ve düzgün bir genç. Otel tarihi bir alanda olduğu için dar ve tek yönlü bir sokak. Bu nedenle park yeri için her telefonumuzda yardıma geldi. Otel içerisinde de evimizde gibi hissetirdi. Başta Zeyn olmak üzere tüm çalışanlari ile otel sahibi çok şanslı diye düşündük 😊 Oteli konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi.

The hotel is historic, rustic and beautiful. Its large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is fresh, hot and very tasty. Before arriving, the owner of the hotel was in contact the entire time so that we arrived without any problem. The staff received us with great attention. The hotel is central and accessible to shops, restaurants and historical sites. I was very satisfied and I will undoubtedly return to the same Hotel again!

位置很好，幾步就到大街，少少大街上的噪音，的士可到酒店門口，自駕就不行，路太窄有對頭車的話你不懂倒車倒到那裡讓。老闆很友善很好客，什麼事他都能幫忙。不過包車遊覽要小心，說好了價錢，最後又說去了平時不去的地點要多加1千里拉，司機也是有禮貌的提出，也說讓我想多付幾多也行。我也照付多1000解決，反正去了想去的，司機也的確是初次到那兒，因為見他要用導航和在現場拍照，那大家開開心心吧~提提如有很介意的人就什麼都問清楚啦。

Her şeyden önce çalışanların göstermiş oldukları ilgi ve alaka için çok teşekkür ederiz. 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak konaklama yaptık. Konak eski Mardin de gezilecek her yere yakın. Konum itibari ile çok iyi bir konumda. Terası ve görülen manzaraya dışarıda parayla bile ulaşmak zor. Oda sayısı az olduğu için terasında rahatlıkla oturabilir Mardin gecesinin güzelliğini geçirebilirsiniz. Odalar ferah ve temizlik iyiydi. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Sıcak olarak 1 gün yumurta bir gün menemen denedik gayet başarılı yapılmıştı tekrar ellerine sağlık. Otelin tek sıkıntısı otopark oda zaten otelin değil tüm eski Mardin in sıkıntısı malesef. Yakında bir kapalı otopark var sağolsunlar oraya kadar gelip bizi karşıladı görevlililer ama otoparkta sezonda çok zor yer bulunuyor nitekim bulamadık :) Yine de yardımcı oldular otelin bulunduğu sokakta park ettik.

Room: airy with plenty of sun light, clean and nicely pressed sheets. Mini fridge stocked with water for guests. Shower: hot water pressure is great. Breakfast: pictures speak themselves. I was sad to leave the hotel be because there is much more to see and the hotel hospitality is the best I have ever received , far more than the five star hotels I stayed at. .Mr. Nul is a perfect host. He treated his guests as his friends. He arranged the taxi for me right at the hotel door. This is definitely the place for 4 to 5 nights.

It was a wonderful stay in magnificent Mardin and in a well decorated old stone house called “konak” in Turkish. The room was very comfy and the staff were bery kind and helpful. The breakfast was also so authentic and delicious. If you are family of 4 or 5 people, I really recommend you to stay here. It is walking distamcr to the heart of Mardin.
It was a wonderful stay in magnificent Mardin and in a well decorated old stone house called “konak” in Turkish. The room was very comfy and the staff were bery kind and helpful. The breakfast was also so authentic and delicious. If you are family of 4 or 5 people, I really recommend you to stay here. It is walking distamcr to the heart of Mardin.

Room: airy with plenty of sun light, clean and nicely pressed sheets. Mini fridge stocked with water for guests. Shower: hot water pressure is great. Breakfast: pictures speak themselves. I was sad to leave the hotel be because there is much more to see and the hotel hospitality is the best I have ever received , far more than the five star hotels I stayed at. .Mr. Nul is a perfect host. He treated his guests as his friends. He arranged the taxi for me right at the hotel door. This is definitely the place for 4 to 5 nights.

Folks at Carra Hotel are extremely helpful and honest about the room.options. it is located at the heart of the old Mardin. The breakfast terrace has the exquisite view of the Mesopotamia and my room had a small portion of the same view. The breakfast is a splendid spread of local tastes. It needs to be understood that one is staying at an ancient dwelling, not a regular square hotel. Yet, the sheets are clean, hot water is available and there is a refrigerator in the room. The amenities are basic, the manager is very helpful and the staff are adorable. You have to be ready for a few steps as the ancient city is built on a slope and that is one of the reasons why Mardin is magnificent. The staff is always there to help with the luggage up and down.

The hotel is historic, rustic and beautiful. Its large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is fresh, hot and very tasty. Before arriving, the owner of the hotel was in contact the entire time so that we arrived without any problem. The staff received us with great attention. The hotel is central and accessible to shops, restaurants and historical sites. I was very satisfied and I will undoubtedly return to the same Hotel again!

Otele girdiğimiz ilk andan son ana kadar şahane ağırlandık. İlk girişimizde otel ve şehrin tarihi hakkında güzel bir bilgilendirme yaptılar. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımseverler. Mükellef bir kahvaltıları var. Son gün uçağımız erken olmasına rağmen sabahın 6 sında kahvaltı hazırladılar. Her şey için teşekkürler.

The only matter with the mansion is houskeeping, the room is not cleaned on daily basis but on request, otherwise i trully enjoyed my stay and will stay in this mansion if i visit mardin again and shall recommend it to friends. Staff are very helpfull specially Mr. Ismail at the reception

I love staying Carra Konagi! Clean and nicely designed room, generous breakfast, and good location. The breakfast in the terrace has beautiful view of Mardin. It was in the center of Mardin, everything was walking distance. The best part is the people in Carra. Nuh the owner was so attentive and helpful to give lots of local tips and recommendation. He will ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. He went beyond to provide the best service to the guest, he even walked with me to show me the bus stop and paid for it. It was a small fee but I really appreciate the kind gesture. Highly recommended hotel for memorable stay in Mardin. Thank you Carra!

Otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Ama herseyden daha dikkat çekici olan otel çalışanlarının alakası ve misafirperverligiydi. Otel görevlisi Zeyn arkadasimiz çok sevimli ve düzgün bir genç. Otel tarihi bir alanda olduğu için dar ve tek yönlü bir sokak. Bu nedenle park yeri için her telefonumuzda yardıma geldi. Otel içerisinde de evimizde gibi hissetirdi. Başta Zeyn olmak üzere tüm çalışanlari ile otel sahibi çok şanslı diye düşündük 😊 Oteli konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi.

It is the hotel owner. Mr. Nul is going above and beyond. When I contacted the hotel about visiting Dara, he immediately reached out to me with WhatsApp. He arranged the taxi driver who has worked with the hotel to pick me up at the bus station. Mr. Nul personally guided me to the main shopping street and made sure I had a good trip to Dara with the private tour to Dara and Midiyat the next day. What made this hotel unique is that the owner would contact me to ensure I had a good visit and check on my well being. Additionally, I was having breakfast with him every morning. As a world traveler and one who has been to Turkey 3 times, I am very impressed to see that the hotel owner truly passionate about his job and wanting to make sure his guests having a good time. The breakfast is lovely with fresh ingredients, fantastic choice of bread, eggs and the nice selection of condiments. Room prices are reasonable and the location is great.

It was a wonderful stay in magnificent Mardin and in a well decorated old stone house called “konak” in Turkish. The room was very comfy and the staff were bery kind and helpful. The breakfast was also so authentic and delicious. If you are family of 4 or 5 people, I really recommend you to stay here. It is walking distamcr to the heart of Mardin.

Bu da çok normal. Otelin önünde 2 araçlık yer var. Genel kullanıma açık. Ama sokaklar dar olduğu için tercih etmedik. Çok yakında belediyenin kapalı otoparkı var. Nuh beyin yönlendirmesiyle oraya koyduk arabayı. Fiyatı uygun. Otelin konumu eski Mardin'de gezilecek yerlerin göbeğinde. Her yeri yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Tavsiye ederiz.

位置很好，幾步就到大街，少少大街上的噪音，的士可到酒店門口，自駕就不行，路太窄有對頭車的話你不懂倒車倒到那裡讓。老闆很友善很好客，什麼事他都能幫忙。不過包車遊覽要小心，說好了價錢，最後又說去了平時不去的地點要多加1千里拉，司機也是有禮貌的提出，也說讓我想多付幾多也行。我也照付多1000解決，反正去了想去的，司機也的確是初次到那兒，因為見他要用導航和在現場拍照，那大家開開心心吧~提提如有很介意的人就什麼都問清楚啦。

Her şeyden önce çalışanların göstermiş oldukları ilgi ve alaka için çok teşekkür ederiz. 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak konaklama yaptık. Konak eski Mardin de gezilecek her yere yakın. Konum itibari ile çok iyi bir konumda. Terası ve görülen manzaraya dışarıda parayla bile ulaşmak zor. Oda sayısı az olduğu için terasında rahatlıkla oturabilir Mardin gecesinin güzelliğini geçirebilirsiniz. Odalar ferah ve temizlik iyiydi. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Sıcak olarak 1 gün yumurta bir gün menemen denedik gayet başarılı yapılmıştı tekrar ellerine sağlık. Otelin tek sıkıntısı otopark oda zaten otelin değil tüm eski Mardin in sıkıntısı malesef. Yakında bir kapalı otopark var sağolsunlar oraya kadar gelip bizi karşıladı görevlililer ama otoparkta sezonda çok zor yer bulunuyor nitekim bulamadık :) Yine de yardımcı oldular otelin bulunduğu sokakta park ettik.

Room: airy with plenty of sun light, clean and nicely pressed sheets. Mini fridge stocked with water for guests. Shower: hot water pressure is great. Breakfast: pictures speak themselves. I was sad to leave the hotel be because there is much more to see and the hotel hospitality is the best I have ever received , far more than the five star hotels I stayed at. .Mr. Nul is a perfect host. He treated his guests as his friends. He arranged the taxi for me right at the hotel door. This is definitely the place for 4 to 5 nights.

Nu and the staff were so helpful from the moment we checked in explaining all of the areas we should visit in Mardin. The breakfasts were yummy and each of the staff were very service oriented. The room was clean and well maintained. Perfect hotel to walk the main area of Mardin. Enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings overlooking Mardin. Mardin is a magical place and we hope to visit again.

Folks at Carra Hotel are extremely helpful and honest about the room.options. it is located at the heart of the old Mardin. The breakfast terrace has the exquisite view of the Mesopotamia and my room had a small portion of the same view. The breakfast is a splendid spread of local tastes. It needs to be understood that one is staying at an ancient dwelling, not a regular square hotel. Yet, the sheets are clean, hot water is available and there is a refrigerator in the room. The amenities are basic, the manager is very helpful and the staff are adorable. You have to be ready for a few steps as the ancient city is built on a slope and that is one of the reasons why Mardin is magnificent. The staff is always there to help with the luggage up and down.

It is the hotel owner. Mr. Nul is going above and beyond. When I contacted the hotel about visiting Dara, he immediately reached out to me with WhatsApp. He arranged the taxi driver who has worked with the hotel to pick me up at the bus station. Mr. Nul personally guided me to the main shopping street and made sure I had a good trip to Dara with the private tour to Dara and Midiyat the next day. What made this hotel unique is that the owner would contact me to ensure I had a good visit and check on my well being. Additionally, I was having breakfast with him every morning. As a world traveler and one who has been to Turkey 3 times, I am very impressed to see that the hotel owner truly passionate about his job and wanting to make sure his guests having a good time. The breakfast is lovely with fresh ingredients, fantastic choice of bread, eggs and the nice selection of condiments. Room prices are reasonable and the location is great.

This is an old nostalgic place to stay. You feel you are leaving in early years of that part of world. We certainly enjoyed staying in this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, which was very close to many historical places, shopping and dinning. Only minor issue was the hotel needs minor touches and pay more attention in cleanness. And also, parking was challenging due to the narrow streets, but there is not much can be done, because the old city was constructed like that thousand years ago. We will certainly consider staying there again,

The only matter with the mansion is houskeeping, the room is not cleaned on daily basis but on request, otherwise i trully enjoyed my stay and will stay in this mansion if i visit mardin again and shall recommend it to friends. Staff are very helpfull specially Mr. Ismail at the reception
