Clean quick and overall and excellent stay. We came into town for just one night and found the hotel, staff and Facilities in excellent condition easy parking close to where we needed to go. Also very reasonably priced. Dining available was very good. Overall an excellent experience.

Concenent highway to get there. Concenient for using Lyft to get around Cambridge. Concneient train for Harvard and Boston. The technology and management/maintenance of it was poor. Front revolving door broken all stay. Swimiing pool closed.the whole time we were there. Worse of all we were unable to get into our room because the key didnt work and the one person on duty did not know what to do nor had been trained on how to fix the battery. We wstayed in the lobby from.1230 am to 1 am waiting to get into our room a d go to sleep so we.could wake up early the nexr morning NO FUN. We were given a free.buffet breakgast for our troubles which we didnt need or want.

We stayed in a double queen room—it was surprisingly spacious, much bigger than similar rooms you'd find downtown. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was super friendly, giving us lots of great tips. The location is great, especially if you like running or walking—it's right next to Alewife Reservation. We drove into Boston, and the $30/day parking fee here was definitely more affordable than most places. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the Red Line, which was totally doable.

The property itself was fine and the staff were all very nice, but our room would NOT go under 82 degrees. We called the desk and they claimed they hadn’t switched over their HVAC for the season. The room still did not go under 81 with the heat turned off. They delivered a fan, which barely helped since you can only open the window 2 inches. The hallways and lobby were cool so it seems the room HVAC just wasn’t functioning properly. Multiple people complained during our stay but weren’t offered a solution other than a fan. We were glad to get out of there.

We were very unfortunate with noisy children on our floor in the middle of the night; crying and slamming doors!! We could hear people in the rooms next to us and above us! The bar/restaurant was closed one out of two nights we stayed there. Staff explained it as “the bartender had an emergency and had to leave early”. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room was never serviced. Two bath towels for 4 guests. No closets nor drawers. We had to live out of our luggage. Parking $30/day. HOWEVER, the property manager, Ms Sandy, was very understanding and very professional. If you are staying at AC for college tours like we did, the approximately information of 2 or 5 minutes away are NOT accurate.

We booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and even though we called earlier in the day to confirm that our rooms were secured when we arrived we were told that only 2 of the rooms matched our reservation and the other room was changed to a king bed with a pull out sofa. Employee during check in was only there for a week and couldn’t help us with where we could park our over sized van and the employee in the morning when we asked for help correcting the issue was rude.

Very clean and cozy room. I like the proximity to Alewife station. The toilet seat in my room 218 was loose. I mentioned this at the desk but no maintenance stopped by to fix the seat. I asked the front desk if there was any other room available, but they did not get back to me. 8/10

Staff at this property is absolutely the rudest. We were there for three days, not one member of the staff said Good morning, good day or even Hello. Not even at check-in or check out. Every interaction was "Next" and "Done". Not one Thank you, not one Welcome to our hotel. They all seemed mad and upset that they were working. Not one smiling face in the staff. They all just glared at the guests. It wasn't just us, they glared and were rude to every guest. I didn't bother complaining to the hotel. If every single member of staff is rude then you have a management problem.

Clean and modern hotel with good breakfast, but not convenient for our group due to how isolated it is. Despite being in Cambridge, it was a ten min walk to nearest T station through a park studded with emergency phones, then a 25 min ride to Cambridge universities or a 70-80 min ride to downtown Boston. We had to switch to rideshare because the commute time was too long. There are also no cafes/restaurants close to hotel, as it is located in what looks to be a new business park. Ideal if you prefer to be isolated in a nice, modern hotel, or are working nearby, but this was not our goal for this vacation. Wish we had stayed closer to Boston.

Property is not near any Boston must see or do. Ubers run from $30 - $80 to get anywhere and the city is impossible to drive so you can’t rent a car. Not a place to stay if you’re a tourist.

This is a nice hotel located a short walk from the Alewife T and an easy train ride to Harvard, Cambridge and MIT. It is in the midst of a new biotech office park. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I did not try the food at the hotel. Good place if you want a bit of a quiet zone outside the city center. Room was very clean and well appointed. Parking is 25 bucks a night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again if driving to Boston and unwilling to face center city Boston traffic.

This is a nice hotel very close to alewife station and a good value for Boston. We had a nice room with nice amenities. The only problem was the ticket gate at the parking garage had issues both times we used it. They were handled quickly by staff.

Very nice stay. Had breakfast one morning in the hotel- it was very expensive for the buffet offering and I would not recommend. However the lobby coffee is extremely good! Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The elevators and hallways needed vacuuming the whole time we were there

Hotel was clean and had amenities such as a heated salted pool & gym. I did not have time to use them but nice to have the options. Staff at reservation desk and the female bartender were friendly, and helpful at all times. Brody Runyan was especially helpful and empathetic. This hotel is beautiful and very modern, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It was almost too modern, which made everything a pain in the ass. The front door was locked outside unless you had a key. We had a late check in so it took us a while to even get in. We had to park in a garage next to the hotel for $30 per night which made loading and unloading a car full of stuff annoying. We had to walk in the pouring rain to and from the garage. You needed a key to use the elevator in the hotel. The toilet clogged and the shower wouldn’t drain properly. The first morning, there was NO breakfast left when we got down there around 9:00. They charge $21 pp for breakfast so we didn’t eat there, which made our morning stressful because we hadn’t planned on finding another place to eat. The ice makers on both floors ran out of ice. All in all, this was a nice looking hotel, but a very annoying place to stay. We travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels. I wouldn’t stay here again though.
