The location of this hotel is not bad because it is situtaed close to supermarkets and train station. The quality of this hotel itself is not bad as well.

Checked in late and informed the hotel ahead of time. Seemed they saved the worst room for us: the AC didn’t work on an 80 degree night and the odor of stale cigarette smoke lingered. The night manager said they were sold out and offered little in terms of a midnight solution. A Hilton? No, this room was more like a roadside motel from the 1970s. Poorly maintained, non-customer service oriented staff, and not worth one’s $. Next please.

I booked this hotel for one night bc I had a show to catch in Cambridge. Front desk people were friendly and great. Easy and convenient self-parking with plenty of space and some complimentary cookies as well, which was nice. I checked in fairly close to the artist’s set time at the venue so I quickly dropped my stuff in the room, found something quick to eat - there’s a Whole Foods right next door which is super convenient- and was out the door en route to the show. After the show I came back to the hotel and hopped in the shower. The shower handle fell off and there was some kind of debris/material on the inside of the shower curtain and dark orange stains in the corners of the tub. I also then found hair / pubes on the bathroom sink I hadn’t yet used. I would have definitely asked for a room change had I caught any of this before heading out to the show, but had to rush out the door and didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms since it was already around midnight. Other than that, the location is pretty convenient- there’s a Whole Foods right next door as well as a Starbucks and Dunkins. But the cleanliness was unfortunately not up to par. I have to say, based on my friendly interaction with the front desk people they likely would have accommodated a room change without any issue, it just didn’t make sense to go through all that given what time it was.
