Needed more toilet paper called front desk. It never came. Had to go out and get it from the cleaning staff myself. Then on our last night they had a guy power washing the sidewalk right outside our room window at 9:30pm.

Would prefer to have more food options after hours. Maybe even a sandwich vending machine. We came in after a concert and the restaurant was closed. ☹️ Other than that the hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed in the $29/night additional fee for the amenities. These were not useful and the courtesy shuttle does not take you anywhere out of Cambridge. I will not book at this hotel in the future because of the mandatory charge.
