Die Unterkunft hatte eine Tolle Aussicht aus dem 41.Stock. Das Personal war sehr nett. Tiefgarage war praktisch. Der Pool und das Fitnesstudio waren sauber. Leider war das Bett sehr unbequem und die Waschmaschine und das Klo haben sehr gestunken. Das Hotel hat sich zwar drum gekümmert,versucht es zu beseitigen und ein Zimmerwechsel wurde vorgeschlagen. Diesen Wechsel haben wir nicht angenommen weil es erst okay war mit dem Gestank danach aber nicht mehr. Und ein Zimmerwechsel zu aufwändig gewesen wäre. Wer eine Küche braucht hat die nötigsten utensilien da.

It's an apartment, so don't expect a hotel and then be disappointed. It's a lovely space for living -- working, cooking, relaxing, and sleeping. Staff are fabulous. However, room service sucks and didn't try the breakfast. So I recommend this as a place for people looking for a space where they can just live similarly to the way they live at home. Cook your own food, order in, go out to dine, rather than expecting a hotel with the usual amenities. The amenities at Fraser Place are a full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, plenty of counter space, and a full-size refrigerator and freezer, plus a spacious living room and work area, bedroom, bathroom, and washing machine-dryer. Also a great pool and gym! Saunas and steam rooms are gender-specific, so hubs and I didn't visit them.

Breakfast was very little, almost no basic items for breakfast, and I only went down for breakfast one morning. The swimming pool is very cold without heating and there is no service for towels and shower soap in the changing rooms and the gym. The location is good with a shopping mall next door. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Tayfun was very helpful as well as all other breakfast staff. Overall hotel condition was average as the room started showing signs of needing repair such as the shower tray which was bending when you stood inside it feeling like you were standing on a cloud while having a shower. Great views of Istanbul from our corner suite. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

Well the property towels were not in good condition at all; plus there sounds from people walking in the corridor that you can always hear. I believe there should be more staff that speak English because it makes it hard to communicate. The food from the restaurant was not as much as you would expect from any 4-5 stars hotel.

Mehr als 2 Sterne ist große luge, Putzmann wenn er gekommen ist erst 18 Uhr Abend und ganz kurz und nicht richtig saubergemacht, im ganze 7 Tage dass wir da waren hat keine den Flur geputzt, Frühstück auch nicht was besonderes Bedenktag selbe platen von Kühlschrank rausgestellt, Lage von Hotel war für uns garnix praktisch, ingesamt sehr entwischend und was ich nicht verstehe das im Expedia bei Kategorie 5 Sterne Hotel ist was ich im Wahrheit erlebt habe war nicht mal 2 Sterne.

The hotel was very good. But the receptionist was not professional, during our check in he took someone behind us to make his check in first. After asking him why he is doing that and that I have small children waiting outside in the car at 01:00 o’clock in the car he replied that it was just one person and that we were 5 persons!
