We were very impressed with all staff members and all services. Cant remember all employees so there were a lot more than Serab, Yusuf, Serkan but everyone was great. Valet, front desk, room service and restaurant were all A+. Very pleasant, kind and lovely people

The staff was very welcoming and nice my only problem was that there was only one restaurant to dine in but that wasn’t a big issue since İstanbul isn’t a place to stay at the hotel you will stay out most of the day. We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay and we couldn't fault our stay. The breakfast offer was delicious and varied. The wonderful ladies who cleaned our room daily, even through we said they didnt need to. Coming back to a clean and friendly hotel was just what we needed after a day exploring Istanbul.

Katılacağım etkinliğin binasına yakın olduğu için oteli tercih ettim. Check in esnasında Resepsiyonist arkadaşlar ekrana bakarak bir şeyler hakkında endişeli bir biçimde konuşup oda kartlarımızı bizi biraz beklettikten sonra verdiler.sorun Olduğunu bildikleri halde odayı bize vermiş olduklarını bu hareketlerinden sonradan anladık. Gece etkinliğimiz bitip otele geri döndüğümüzde yattığımızda yatak çok nemliydi belki soguktan biz öyle hissediyoruzdur diye düşünerek yatağı fön makinesi ile ısıttıktan sonra yattık fakat sabah kalktığımızda altımızda kalan kısımlar komple islaktı benim sırtımdan dizlerime kadar olan bölümüm kızımında Belden aşağısına denk gelecek kısımdaki çarşaf sırılsıklam islaktı hatta uyandığımızda üstümüz bile islaktı. Yatakta hiçbir şekilde koruyucu örtü vs yoktu sadece çarşaf vardı. Ya yatak yıkanmıştı ya da başka bir problem vardı bilemiyoruz ama odayı bize bile bile bu şekilde verdiler ona çok eminiz checkin esnasındaki şüpheli davranışları da bizim bu tezimizi doğruluyor. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Konumu dışında bize hiçbir konfor sağlamadi.

Gut aber das Geld eher nicht wert. Ich komme in das Hotel geschäftlich seit letzten 10 Jahren. Frühstücksbüffet nichts besonderes, es gibt viele Bessere Angebote. In meinem Zimmer Klima hat geheizt statt zu kühlen und war sehr laut, nach 2-3 Besuchen an der Rezeption habe ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel aber es gibt viel Platz nach oben

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert, aee friends and so a little shopping. Location was perfect for the Stadium and shopping centres like Water Garden, Palladium a d even Metropole. Our room very spacious. Extra large bed and no noise between the rooms or corridor. Staff refreshingly friendly and active.

Everything was more than perfect , the property is very modern. Breakfast was more than perfect as well, and the room service food was 10/10 as well. All thanks to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Zulkuf. the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, all thanks to Mr. Emrah for making this trip a very successful and enjoyable. Mr. Ibrahim at the reception was very welcoming too. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for business and relaxation purposes for being in a very quiet area next to a few malls. However it may not be very suitable for tourism purposes since its not close to metro stations. But that does not affect the quiet, safe environment and nice views this hotel brings.
