Veldig hyggelig personale. Fin lokasjon viss man har bil. Ikke gåavstand til strand. Meget fint bassengområde. Spa på hotellet. Hunden våres ble behandlet veldig fint her.

妻と二人で3泊しました。食事メニューはよかったです。小型犬を連れて行ったのですがペット用の環境も今まで行ったホテルでは一番配慮されていました。 家族向が多く、プールの水が汚いのでが気になりました。掃除はしているのですが、水の循環ろ過装置がなかったせいでしょうか。プールサイドの部屋でしたが、プライベートが全くなく、夜はカーテンを閉めっぱなしでないと外から丸見えです。 全体的に施設、建物も古く次はありません。

Well appointed hotel - we liked 1. spacious rooms - balcony views 2. excellent breakfast 3. Facilities well above average - pool, gym, spa facility 4. Range of outdoor areas to sit and relax Areas for improvement 1. Plumbing in room shower is an issue - bathroom often wet - bottom of wooden framework is rotting due to wet 2. Could do with extra (workable) power point near beds in twin bedded rooms 3. Pricing in spa needs to be more flexible - 1500 baht for 1 hour massage vs standard street price of 300 baht explains why practically no one was using this wonderful facility in the 5 days we were there. We are happy to pay a premium for the hotel convenience but 1500 baht is way too high

This was my third Centara hotel stay. I would not recommend it. Seating in upholstered chairs and benches in the breakfast buffet area were stained and filthy. The pool was under repair and closed with no advance notice prior to booking that I saw. The shower door did boot close properly and flooded the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom did not close properly and let light in. The maid that serviced our room was excellent.

Nesten ingen solstoler ved bassenget. Dette er et hotell for barnefamilier, passer ikke like godt for par. Langt å gå til restauranter og stranden, selv om det ser nærme ut på kartet. Man må gå lang omvei til stranden fordi det ikke er direkte passasje, men det går en shuttle buss en gang i timen til stranden som var veldig bra. Det var ingen ekstra dopapir, ikke håndklær til hendene. De vasket rommet veldig sent, ofte kl. 15-17:00 da vi lå og slappet av på rommet. Ikke bestill pizza i restauranten, den var forferdelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga god service, men hotellet trenger en oppgradering

This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area. The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much. The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across. The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well. Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.

Booked 4 nights at this hotel with private pool. Nice room with good beds, other than we asked to be moved to another as it was definitely not private. In the first room, it also spilled out of the sink with water on the floor, so we were moved to a new room. Here we asked to have the drain cleaned in the shower, but it did not succeed, so we had a swimming pool in the showers. They had forgotten to give us a bath towel, it took many calls to get them to deliver them. The breakfast was for me terrible, a boring selection empty dishes due to too many people. Cleaning in the restaurant was not good and with a table for breakfast that was sticky, it was not a good experience. All in all, the 4 nights were not worth 21,000 baht.

They had construction repair on the pool , so pook was closed , lots of noises , noses on fllor on top of me , they had problem with sewerage and very bad smells was coming in the bathroom. They shouldn't rent that room , room # was 3210

Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig mit schöner Poollandschaft. Allerdings sind Renovierungsmaßnahmen an vielen Stellen notwendig, gerade auch in den Zimmern und in den Korridoren. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmerreinigung ist allerdings nur oberflächlich. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, mit grosser Auswahl und immer ausreichend nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist im Nirgendwo, zwar nicht weit von der Beachroad entfernt, diese ist aber nur mit grossem Umweg über eine Fahrstrasse erreichbar, ca. 1.5 km.

In the first room, it also spilled out of the sink with water on the floor, so we were moved to a new room. Here we asked to have the drain cleaned in the shower, but it did not succeed, so we had a swimming pool in the showers. They had forgotten to give us a bath towel, it took many calls to get them to deliver them. The breakfast was for me terrible, a boring selection empty dishes due to too many people. Cleaning in the restaurant was not good and with a table for breakfast that was sticky, it was not a good experience. All in all, the 4 nights were not worth 21,000 baht.

This was my third Centara hotel stay. I would not recommend it. Seating in upholstered chairs and benches in the breakfast buffet area were stained and filthy. The pool was under repair and closed with no advance notice prior to booking that I saw. The shower door did boot close properly and flooded the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom did not close properly and let light in. The maid that serviced our room was excellent.

We stayed during New Year, and our experience was quite average. First, the air-conditioning in my kids' room was impossible to adjust, which we had to deal with since I wanted the kids to stay in the connecting room with us. Secondly, although we stayed for 4 days, we only requested room cleaning on the 3rd day. I went to the reception to ask directly, but had to wait nearly 20 minutes due to the chaos and lack of organization at the front desk. There was no queue, and customers kept skipping ahead of each other, with the staff not addressing it. They served whoever they saw first when looking up. Despite this, no one came to clean our room for the rest of the day. The third issue, which was the most ridiculous, was when my child got injured at the pool and had a bleeding hand. We asked the reception for first aid assistance, but all they provided was a first aid box and asked me to handle it myself, with barely anything inside. No one checked in on us or even asked if we needed further help. After I managed to tend to the injury, they simply asked me to leave the box there and walked away. This may not be the worst experience for some, but given the cost of the room each night compared to the service we received, I would recommend staying elsewhere. The only redeeming quality of this hotel seems to be that it's pet-friendly, but that's about it.

Hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, mit grosser Auswahl und immer ausreichend nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist im Nirgendwo, zwar nicht weit von der Beachroad entfernt, diese ist aber nur mit grossem Umweg über eine Fahrstrasse erreichbar, ca. 1.5 km.

This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area. The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much. The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across. The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well. Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.

Nesten ingen solstoler ved bassenget. Dette er et hotell for barnefamilier, passer ikke like godt for par. Langt å gå til restauranter og stranden, selv om det ser nærme ut på kartet. Man må gå lang omvei til stranden fordi det ikke er direkte passasje, men det går en shuttle buss en gang i timen til stranden som var veldig bra. Det var ingen ekstra dopapir, ikke håndklær til hendene. De vasket rommet veldig sent, ofte kl. 15-17:00 da vi lå og slappet av på rommet. Ikke bestill pizza i restauranten, den var forferdelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga god service, men hotellet trenger en oppgradering

The resort is great to just stay and get work done or hang at the pool and work out. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had many choices. The real problem is that there is NO DIRECT BEACH access. You have to walk almost 2 km to get to the beach promenade. There are some abandoned buildings along the way and street with many cars and no side walk. Taxi or Grab is needed to make it safe and comfortable. Know that before booking your stay.

Well appointed hotel - we liked 1. spacious rooms - balcony views 2. excellent breakfast 3. Facilities well above average - pool, gym, spa facility 4. Range of outdoor areas to sit and relax Areas for improvement 1. Plumbing in room shower is an issue - bathroom often wet - bottom of wooden framework is rotting due to wet 2. Could do with extra (workable) power point near beds in twin bedded rooms 3. Pricing in spa needs to be more flexible - 1500 baht for 1 hour massage vs standard street price of 300 baht explains why practically no one was using this wonderful facility in the 5 days we were there. We are happy to pay a premium for the hotel convenience but 1500 baht is way too high

너무너무 친절하고 쏘스윗했어요 파타야 너무 유흥가라 피난온건데 저 말고 전부 가족 커플이었어서 안전한 느낌이고 혼자 리조트캉스하기좋아용 어디 나가려면 차타야하지만 그 주변환경이 싫어서 일부러 떨어진곳으로 온거라 만족했어요 그리고 밥-수영-밥-수영-휴식해서 안나간듯...? 글구 태국음식맛있는데 조식맛있음 혼자 3인분 결제하는게 아까웠지만 ㅠ

Booked 4 nights at this hotel with private pool. Nice room with good beds, other than we asked to be moved to another as it was definitely not private. In the first room, it also spilled out of the sink with water on the floor, so we were moved to a new room. Here we asked to have the drain cleaned in the shower, but it did not succeed, so we had a swimming pool in the showers. They had forgotten to give us a bath towel, it took many calls to get them to deliver them. The breakfast was for me terrible, a boring selection empty dishes due to too many people. Cleaning in the restaurant was not good and with a table for breakfast that was sticky, it was not a good experience. All in all, the 4 nights were not worth 21,000 baht.

Nesten ingen solstoler ved bassenget. Dette er et hotell for barnefamilier, passer ikke like godt for par. Langt å gå til restauranter og stranden, selv om det ser nærme ut på kartet. Man må gå lang omvei til stranden fordi det ikke er direkte passasje, men det går en shuttle buss en gang i timen til stranden som var veldig bra. Det var ingen ekstra dopapir, ikke håndklær til hendene. De vasket rommet veldig sent, ofte kl. 15-17:00 da vi lå og slappet av på rommet. Ikke bestill pizza i restauranten, den var forferdelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga god service, men hotellet trenger en oppgradering

Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig mit schöner Poollandschaft. Allerdings sind Renovierungsmaßnahmen an vielen Stellen notwendig, gerade auch in den Zimmern und in den Korridoren. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Zimmerreinigung ist allerdings nur oberflächlich. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, mit grosser Auswahl und immer ausreichend nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist im Nirgendwo, zwar nicht weit von der Beachroad entfernt, diese ist aber nur mit grossem Umweg über eine Fahrstrasse erreichbar, ca. 1.5 km.

This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area. The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much. The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across. The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well. Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.
