The not-so-Grand Mira Hotel. The staff and service were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was the highlight of my stay. The location is also excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The rooms are very worn, and it's obvious that general maintenance is not a priority. Everything feels dated and in need of repair and refurbishment, making the hotel look far less appealing than its photos suggest. What concerned me the most was waking up with multiple bug bites after the first night. While I can't say for certain what caused them, it left me worried that there may be bedbugs in some of the rooms. With proper maintenance, this hotel could be much better, but in its current condition I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

We were not satisfied at all, when we came they had not even emptied the garbage bin in the toilet. The toilet cleaner was broke, the safe didnt work so we couldnt lock anythin, we had smoking forbidden room but we had smoke smell in our room every evening and the door lock was not working well it took time to get into the room. Not very satisfied with the breakfast either the brewed coffee was not brewed well at all. So in general our stay was not satisfying at all.

I booked a room the way it was advertised but o. The website i was given a room window facing to a wall yes the window was facing a solid wall 1.5 .eyers away .this was not mentioned on the website it said standart but it was not explained what their standarts was. it was kind of cheating. Shame on you .we were going to stay longer but we left after the first night it was like ahortor movie when weopen the curtins please do not fooled by the website .your vacaiton might turn outto be a nightmare. This is for hotel staff please do not wrote words to defend yourself.you were wrong.you had better alot of available room but you were so greedy
