Location and structure perfects. However, if you are foreign and used to room cleaner at morning or early check in, or at least call your taxi, maybe is not your place. The attendees at reception are gentle but, we felt that they need more ppl working in prepare the rooms. Breakfast also wasn't that good, maybe we could order more options, but no one came to explain it... Locality and comfortable!

It was the worse stay. The curtain in our room came out , the maintenance was horrible. The towels were clean but shredded. The phone was not working. The General manager was not apologetic. She fixed the problem with the phone and curtain but she was not kind or sympathetic. Hotels.com was not helpful. I asked them to contact me but they never did. Horrible stay.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception.
