Hyatt House Dallas / Frisco

Very nice property in a great location. Only had one working elevator for the weekend and laundry had 1 washer working. Otherwise, breakfast and the staff were great! Enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

The fact that the hotel charges $11 per night to park in their huge parking lot with no mention of it before hand is ridiculous. That should be included in the nightly rate, or at least disclosed. More hassle to deal with it later, especially on a business trip in which costs are disclosed to my client and then I have to go back and explain increased charges.

Hotel and rooms were nice as well as clean and staff is great. The only bad thing about the hotel is the ridiculously slow SINGLE elevator. It was so slow that it would be a deal-breaker to stay here again.

At Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco, Staff and Servers are very kind and always available. The heated pool is another plus, not to mention the breakfast, which is excellent. If I return to Dallas, I will stay at Hyatts

The base of the shower door in our room could use a good cleaning. There was also a sticky spot on the floor in the kitchenette area. The elevator nearest to our room was out for maintenance and so was the pool area. I don’t like when hotels have an ‘extra ‘ parking fee , they add on during check in.especially when it’s just in their own parking lot and it’s nothing special. Add that price onto the main price. Advice to anyone looking at rooms at this hotel add $10 on per night. Not a lot, but it can add up. Other than that, good location, and staff was nice.

This hotel was great! Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed our time to relax and enjoy our room and the pool. The only thing I will say is if you plan on eating at the bar. Before you order check if the bartender is the only one working in the kitchen. I felt bad when my family ordered 4 meals that the bartender was also our cook. This caused us to have to wait quite awhile for our food and it was average. I believe the bartender/ cook was overwhelmed and it was the weekend so they should’ve had a separate person working in the kitchen. It turned out to be pricy since I could’ve hone down the road to get a pizza or fast dinner to bring back and spent half and gotten our food quicker. Overall our experience here was great and we would return

Had to pay $10.90/night for parking in an open lot. The staff did not ask for my vehicle info when checking in so I had to call later to volunteer my info. No hotel in the suburbs should charge for parking.

The property was great, but the bar closed too early.

Really nice and well kept property. The pool was a lot of fun and the gym was nice too. Breakfast every morning with a chef preparing eggs cooked to order. Jade at the front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions. 10/10 will stay again!

Property was decent, my room was dirty, had stains on the wall, housekeeping never came after the second day. Front desk staff was very nice.

Outlets broken . Sheets dirty. Towel with dark spots.

Bedsheets were dirty elevators were not working room stunk, and the mattress was horrible and the water pressure was none. There was no water pressure.

My family and I had booked a week long stay at this property because of its convenient location. Our check-in process was seamless and were met with very friendly staff. However, as soon as we entered our room, it reeked of a particular “old people” smell. The smell was there during the entirety of our stay. We found hairs on the toilet seat which we can only imagine where they came from. And the bedsheet was stained with brown spots in multiple areas. We reported the cleanliness issue to the concierge immediately and he cleaned the toilet but left bed sheets on a table for us to change ourselves. We had inconsistent housekeeping on the last 3 days where room service didnt come to the room to tidy or take out trash (admittedly they stopped by on day 4 and I turned them away because of a work meeting, they just collected trash this day). Also the parking on premises is paid $10 per day.

Rooms are nice and clean.

Breakfast was great, tons of options. Facility appeared very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The entire building smelled of marijuana. I wasn’t able to ever get through on the phone to an on site representative to ask for a blanket for the fold out couch. I went down to the front desk and waited about 25 minutes before an employee showed up to assist.

Our bed linens were worn out. The pillow case (all of them) were so worn they had rough pellets on them. And the top sheet on my bed had a huge hole ripped in it. The shower head leaked. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean.

We stay here quite a bit and it never disappoints. Very clean and great service.

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but what they did have, was great! I’m very picky about my scrambled eggs lol. I don’t like when they’re “wet” or don’t feel cooked all the way. These were cooked perfectly. Probably the first hotel I’ve ever been to that’s cooked perfect scrambled eggs. Room was nice and clean for the most part. My ONLY zonk would be the walls. They had stains and you could just tell they don’t clean or wipe down the walls. IMO, it would take a few seconds to scrub the walls after each guess with a magic eraser. Super easy. It’s just very unfun to see the yuck on the walls. Especially when I’m on the toilet and the wall is dirty right next to me. Also, it’s 2024. I think it’s time ALL hotels need to rid of carpet. It’s gross and vinyl is so much easier to clean. Sweep, run a mop of over it, you’re done. Carpet holds onto so much yuck. Stains are a huge eye sore. Just things to think about. But definitely cleaning the walls would be a huge PLUS! Other than that, A hotel. Staff was super friendly. If we’re ever back in Dallas, I’d stay again!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely nice. However, I was disappointed that the room condition wasn’t checked before we arrived. Our shower was broken, although it was fixed promptly. It would have been better if we hadn't had to go through this inconvenience.

The 1 king bed suite with kitchenette and full fridge was a lot bigger than expected! Rhe room was clean and well stacked woth extras (pillows, sheets, towels, blankets). The overall area was quiet and safe. The free breakfast was decent, eggs, toast, potatoes, the standard. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms were great, spacious, clean, comfortable beds are always a plus! Hard to find hotels with sofa beds as well which was great for our family of 5. Overall great experience.

Great hotel. We got a suite with kitchenette and it was perfect for our family. Omelet station and breakfast were the best we’ve had in a long time in a hotel.

The elevator is super slow -- please fix this. This was an extremely irritating and frustrating experience day after day especially if on the 6th floor. The coffee in the room is very bad. The coffee at breakfast time was ok but could be a lot better. The breakfast was really good, the omelettes were good, and the staff seems to work hard to keep things running smooth and keep things clean -- thanks! The toasters were super slow - they should be replaced as I think this is unacceptable especially with lots of people waiting to toast bagels. The hotel room had a water leak on the floor after taking a shower, creating a puddle (please fix). The shower control was quite confusing (I would at least put something in the welcome paper about it). The water pressure was very low (I think that should really be addressed). The microwave/convection oven was super confusing (please put something in the welcome paper about how to use); heating a cup of coffee should not be this hard. I really wish you at least had coffee/tea throughout the day instead of just in the morning at breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, the weight room was not bad (good set of dumbbells and an adjustable/quality bench, treadmills, bikes, and elliptical). In general, it was ok but definitely could use some improvements. But it was still pleasant.

The hotel has draining issues every time the upper flush toilet; you can hear it in your room if you are sleeping, you are going to wake up

Hotel was nice. Check in with front desk perfect. The room had a bad sink leak upon arrival. Walked into the bathroom and stepped into a puddle of water in my brand new socks. There was no hand soap at sink as well. The water pressure was so slow and soft. The room had no good phone service and it’s hard to trust connecting to public WiFi now days. When other rooms would flush toilets I could hear the water running through the pipes in the walls.

The Hotel was great. Gabriel at the front desk was an impeccable help.

First off the staff was friendly but no where on the website was I told that I would have to pay 10 a day to leave my car in their parking lot where I paid for a room what is wrong with this picture was not like I was leaving it and going to airport or any thing like that stayed one night the person checking us in said he would comp it and when I check out it was on our bill will not stay here again for that reason. You should let people know up front of that charge bad business

I wont ever book there again. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. Very sad how the staff treated quests. The rooms are lacking care. The battery operated window blinds weren't working, so NO natural light during the entire stay. The PHONES ARE A HOT MESS. COULD NOT REACH FRONT DESK EVER. IT WAS HONESTLY SUCH A LACKING Experience. * Breakfast was good. * The location in Frisco Texas is Nice. But i was just too unimpressed to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff

We booked this stay VERY LAST MINUTE after leaving another hotel that was in very bad conditions. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with friendly service and absolutely loved how clean everything looked at smelled. We stayed for 5 days and the service was amazing the whole time. The only thing we would improve was for the heated pool to be a little warmer but that is not a big deal when looking at the experience as a whole.

Unfortunately I was not given the 2 rooms I requested… I was given a bed with a couch but not a sleeper couch for 4 people….. it was listed as to sleep 4. there was no way to cram 4 people in that bed and on the couch. I asked for certain rooms to fit the needs of our family, however when asked to have this fixed… there was no care nor compensation to be able to help. We have stayed here several times and this time we will not be back

The property was nice and quiet. The only issue I have is they charged me for an extra day of parking and I have been unable to reach them. I have called the hotel multiple times and no answer. I sent an email and I am waiting for a response back.

Alex was great. On May 18, there was a Serve Tornado Warning that was issued for Little Elm, Texas. The tornado warning sirens throughout the city were activated. Alex as very professional providing safety instructions to the guests that had gathered in the lobby. She also received many telephone calls from the guests that had remained in their rooms. Alex was very profession in her approach in answering every question. Alex handling a tense situation with composure and care.

Our stay Didn’t start out the greatest but they’re supposed to be refunding the first night. I’ll be back with a full and honest review.

The phones were not working! Everytime we tried to called the front desk from the room phones the line was busy. So I calked from my cell phone - they answered but asked if I could be placed on hold. I was on hold for 13 mins and just decided to go down to the front desk - granted he was helping someone but there should be a better system to help ALL customers and it appeared that the phone was off the hook. During my hold time I could hear him pick up the phone - say nothing - and just put me back on hold. That’s very frustrating because I had to leave my kids in the room (because they were showering) just to go downstairs to address my issue - which was simply needing more towels and getting access to WiFi.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and it was a great stay again. Great location and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The location and amenities were fabulous and the room was everything that I expected. Superb experience.

Very Quiet and convenient to shopping.

A very nice place , with a pool and a gym. The breakfast was great. It is right across the street from a mall. There is a beautiful park on the next block. Frisco was a grear place to visit and this hotel was a great place to stay.

Clean with friendly staff! Complementary breakfast has decent selection. Right across from a gas station so easy to get water, snacks. Walkable to shopping center.

Our first trip to Texas and we stayed at Hyatt House. The hotel was small and the elevator is the slowest that I have ever experienced! Aside from that everything was very nice. The king rooms are smaller than what we were used to. They were otherwise well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. The breakfast was the icing on the cake! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit and juices. Walking distance to Dallas cowboys training facility; many restaurants in walking distance and shopping everywhere. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Comfortable bed and climate controls. Sounds were minimum. Breakfast was great - even had chef making custom omelets

Can’t complain. Facilities were safe, bed was comfortable and breakfast included omelets. Oatmeal, fruit, toast and bacon ot sausage.
