I only needed a place to stay overnight and was fortunate enough to find Brava House B&B. The room was charming, spotless, quiet and very clean. All instructions were clear and checking in was seamless. The grounds though small are quite pleasant and the breakfast room is lovely. This was my first stay but it won’t be my last.

Had a wonderful stay at Brava House. Great, quiet, location very close to downtown and campus with off-street parking. Room was perfect, very clean with everything needed for a long weekend stay. Complimentary Breakfast was very good with great variety of food and coffee. Very much enjoyed talking to owners Bryan & Sherry. Will definitely return on our next visit!

We Brava House to ourselves during our stay and it did not disappoint. It was easy to find, parking was spacious and right behind the house, and the location was convenient to all of Downtown Austin. We stayed in the Casablanca and it was roomy, so clean and had everything we needed. Since it was a short stay we did not get to enjoy the patio but it was really lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and Bryan and Sherry were wonderful hosts — we will definitely be back!

We loved the cozy garden space where we relaxed on the swing. Mary greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us warmly. It was easy walking distance to a nice area of shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was delicious! We hope to return to Austin just to stay there again!

The Brava house is a beautiful little gem in Austin. Everything about this bed and breakfast was fantastic! From the location, to the easy and safe parking, the convenient check in and check out, the free breakfast in the morning, and how neat and clean the room was. I stayed in Casablanca room and it had a beautiful queen size bed. Behind were two large windows overlooking the patio area. It also had an extra space that included a sleeper sofa with a coffee table. I booked for Valentine’s Day and from the moment we got there we fell in love. It was a gloomy rainy day and we stayed in our cozy room, ordered food and watched a movie. We enjoyed our room so much we never left it. The property owner, Bryan was east to reach. He explained the check in time and check out, followed up with an invitation for breakfast in the morning and asked how we enjoyed our time there. In the morning when getting ready for breakfast, we were greeted by their friendly staff, Anay. She was very nice, courteous and helpful. Offered us coffee, fruits, yogurt anything we wanted. Always with a smile on her face that made us feel at home. When we checked out, she thanked us for our visit and told us to come back again and offered us some waters for the road. I definitely loved this beautiful bed and breakfast and I plan to return again soon. I found my new favorite stay whenever I come to Austin. Thank you so much! - Liz in Houston.

The property is in an excellent location for downtown appointments or activities, clean and well-kept, and in a secure neighborhood. It ticks the boxes for those who enjoy the B&B experience. The owners are friendly and accessible without being ubiquitous. The weekday breakfast is a good and healthy start without being ostentatious.

We really enjoyed this lovely, well‑maintained house and hotel. The host and staff were very friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. We stayed one night in the Fitzgerald room, and the entire house was quiet. I had a great night’s sleep on the firm and comfortable sofa bed. The breakfast prepared for us by the lady staff was delicious.

Really top notch. Only the one thing was amiss that there were not enough blinds on all the windows (most, but not the transom window above the door) to get room completely dark at night.

Nice room. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is only offered for a 60 min window, which kinda detracts from the whole “get away” weekend vibe. Have bad knees and wish I had known that the room was on the second floor without an elevator.

Truly a wonderful experience. Everything ran so smoothly, from booking to arriving and leaving. Not only is this place ADORABLE but the couple that owns the B&B are literal angels. The morning after our first night we attended the complementary breakfast with the owners and the rest of the guests. It was like we were one big family having breakfast together. So sweet. We cannot WAIT to make this our home away from home when visiting Austin. Thanks Bryan and Sherry!

The hosts were the best part of staying at Brava house. The property itself was easy to find and beautifully maintained. There has been a lot of love put into this place and it shows. Between Brava, a hotel, or an airbnb I would pick Brava House. Hands down one of best weekend get aways my wife and I have had.I am looking for reasons to come to Austin and stay here again.

The location makes it a good choice for our needs. The property is clean and well-maintained. The weekday breakfast is healthy and served from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Full breakfast on weekends starts 30 minutes later.

The property is so nice and is conveniently located in my favorite part of Austin (Clarksville) . We didn’t even have to use our car! There are great eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Sherry and Bryan were gracious hosts and have put a lot of love into the property. We will definitely be back!

Nice room. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is only offered for a 60 min window, which kinda detracts from the whole “get away” weekend vibe. Have bad knees and wish I had known that the room was on the second floor without an elevator.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and breakfast was very good! I would definitely stay here again. It's also in a walkable neighborhood that has restaurants and groceries.

Wonderful overnight stay after Moody Center concert. The home is very charming and close to many things to do in Austin. A short walk to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed visiting with our gracious hosts and other guests at breakfast.

Our stay was a true delight. Our hosts were welcoming and fun to chat with. Our breakfast was delicious with lots of options including fresh made breakfast tacos by the owner himself 😍The neighborhood is walkable with lots of choices of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walk in the park that was 3 mins down the street. We will definitely recommend the Brava House!

We stayed three nights in the Monroe Suite. The place was very charming, and the breakfast was delicious, with yogurt, fresh berries, and different breakfast sandwishes and burritos, to name just a few of the choices. The owners as well as the man who prepared breakfast first two nights were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommed the place if you visit Austin! We'd definitely stay there again.

Brava House was very conveniently located, close to downtown Austin. The neighborhood and the Julian room where I stayed were beautiful. The breakfast was great each morning. The staff and owner are very kind and personable. I’ll definitely be staying at Brava when I’m back in Austin! Nothing but good things to say.
