Einfach eine super tolle Anlage mit sehr höflichem Personal. Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl war Mega lecker 👍 Wir wurden jedesmal mit dem Caddy wegen der extremen Steigung zu unserem Zimmer/Haus gefahren obwohl wir das nicht unbedingt wollten 😉 einfach top Service und zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen! Also, die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell freundlich. Uns würde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer, man wußte gar nicht, was man zuerst essen sollte. Das Zimmer war schon echt cool, dass einzige was uns gestört hat, ist leider die Tatsache, dass der Pool leider keine Sonne zu bieten hatte. Dafür war die Aussicht Klasse.

This was the nicest place that I’ve ever stayed. My accommodations were perfect and the staff was incredible. My Butler, Tony, was able to arrange all my activities (Phi Phi Le, scuba diving, etc), dinner reservations and transportation when needed. A true professional. I loved the fact that the resort also had scheduled transportation to/from Kamala Beach where there were beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of food vendors. Other reviews mention, mosquitos, but you are on a hillside, in the jungle, so they should be expected here and everywhere else in Phuket. I’m highly recommending, Keemala.

Ne vaut pas son prix! Les chambres sont originales et jolies mais aucun confort au niveau de la piscine privée qui de plus est inutilisable car très froide. En aucun cas le service est digne d un 5 étoiles. Amateurs de véritable hôtel avec service irréprochable passez votre chemin. Dans cette catégorie il faut un manager dans chaque service et ici je n en ai vu aucun. Dommage car l hôtel est vraiment original mais pour demander des prix aussi élevés le service doit suivre.

The property itself is stunning and truly a one of a kind experience. The service was only 3 stars though and for the amount of money you pay, I’d expect better service. On multiple occasions staff members asked for a tip which should not be happening at a 5 star resort. When we tipped our room service guy, he asked if we had cash instead of putting it on the room bill. And then our “villa host” asked for a tip as well when all he did was check us into the hotel (that’s not something you typically tip for). The other downfall is that this place is pretty remote so you have to rely on their shuttle to get into town which only comes at 11am, 2pm and 4pm. Wish they had more shuttles or at least offered to take guests to the bottom of the mountain on their golf carts.

I think the best breakfast we have ever had, but dinner and lunch toi. The resort has an incredibile architecture, it seems to stay in the middle of a tropical jungle. Staff is kind, helpful 24 hours. I had a massage experience with Rose, so relaxing.

Keemala was a spectacular experience. There are different types of rooms for different types of feels, we stayed in the "clay houses" and they were amazing. The rooms, and bathroom alone, were hard to leave because they were so luxurious. There's a personal pool at each residence if you don't want to go to the large communal one. The food at the restaurant they have was delicious at every meal of the day and there are great views of the city while you enjoy deliciousness. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all there was, so yet and stay 2 nights Everything was very serene and you really feel pampered from the moment you show up.

This was by far our best stay in Thailand. The service at this resort is amazing. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing and fairly priced. The resort and rooms are super clean. I can't say enough good things about this resort and their professional staff. We will be back here next time we are in Thailand without a doubt.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service and amazing food. The birds nest villa is a true bucket list experience. I would recommend a hire car if you can brave the roads of Phuket as there are lots of hills, however getting around by taxi is also easy

It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel, little bit of hiccup when switching rooms but the general manager mr jason solved all issues brilliantly. It’s an adventure to enjoy to stay in a tropical jungle with modern set up. We tried both tree house and bird nest suites, and both were beautifully decorated with large jacuzzi swimming pools that overlooks breath taking lush mountain and sea. It is a tropical area so u should be ok with what lives there if u want to enjoy the place. Thanks keemala for these beautiful memories.

This is the most magical place I’ve ever stayed at. The service is phenomenal and the birds nest room we stayed in was gorgeous. I actually felt emotional walking in, it was so beautiful! The outdoor pool was so fun and welcome on a hot day. It was nestled in the jungle which felt magical. The ‘extras’ make this a 5 star stay - little daily hand made snacks wrapped in leaves, they seemed to anticipate our needs too and would be waiting to give us a ride (maybe all the cctv cameras?!), the staff were so friendly and accommodating. My only negative is the lack of drawers to put clothes away. There was not a single dresser. Even a few hooks to hang stuff or towels would be nice. If you have mobility issues or can’t see well (ie when you get up at night to pee!), it is very tricky to maneuver around. Lots of unexpected step downs, stairs and objects in your way makes it a toe stubbing certainty! I highly recommend this place even for a few nights (it’s pricey!).

I don’t even know where to start with this place. My wife and I came to Keemala to celebrate our fifth anniversary, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like we’d stepped into a dream. The air was fresh, the sound of the forest was everywhere, and there was this peaceful energy that made us slow down right away. Our villa host, March, deserves the biggest thank you. He had this way of knowing what we needed before we even asked—checking in on us without ever intruding, making sure we were always comfortable, and just being such a kind presence during our stay. Every other staff member we met was the same—genuine smiles, thoughtful touches, and the kind of hospitality that doesn’t feel forced. The villa itself was incredible. Waking up to the view outside our window, having coffee by the pool, hearing the birds in the morning—it’s the kind of setting that makes you forget about everything else. Everything from the layout to the small details was spot-on. We came here hoping for a special anniversary trip, and we left with something so much more—memories we’ll keep for the rest of our lives. Keemala, you’ve set the bar very high for every trip we take from now on.

They were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The place is unique in nature, once in a lifetime experience. It’s not walkable to the beach. But you can enjoy the resort itself big time. We didn’t need to go to the beach. They made us room decorations on our arrival for our honeymoon. The spa is a must try, very professional staff and soothing experience. The stay was perfect.

It was almost perfect. They could reach perfection if more than one restaurant existed. But still, everything was wonderful. We went to Keemala for our honeymoon in September. It was stormy season, and people working in hotel changed our hotel room to a higher rated room, the reason was if we stayed in villa that we chose, it was harder to sleep due to rain drops. They were very thoughtful and nice.
