Girdiğimiz andan itibaren güler yüzle karşılandık, ücretsiz vale otopark vardı arabayla ilgili hiç sorun yaşamadık. Odamız gayet geniş ve rahattı. Havlu, terlik vb hiçbir eksiğimiz yoktu. Saç kurutma makinesi normal evlerde kullanılan tarzdaydı, çok rahat kullandık, hızlıca kuruttuk. Tvde çoğunlukla yabancı kanallar var, odanın ısıtıcısı çok iyi çalışıyor. Kapılar kartla açılıyor olmasına rağmen içeriden kitlenebilecek fiziksel bir kilidi var, bence bu güvenlik açısından büyük bir artı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi, bir sürü çeşidi vardı, kahvaltı dışında başka bir öğünü denemedik. Havuz kullanmak için bone gerektiği bilgisini verdiler, bone 100tlye satılıyordu. Havuz boyu 1.40m, çok sığ fakat ortam olarak güzel. Spa alanında havlu, bornoz, peştamal, terlik, duş, dolap hepsi var. Saunada veya buhar odasında fenalaşılmaması için ücretsiz olarak su da veriliyor. Sayması küçük ama gayet yeterli. Hamamda bir musluk var kese için geniş bir mermer var. Bence alanı biraz fazla kısıtlı fakat yine de ortam olarak güzeldi.

素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフの対応は融通が効くし、とても丁寧で良かったです。部屋も思っていたよりもずっと広く、シャワールームも広くて清潔、何よりもシャワーを浴びても水が漏れて床がびちゃびちゃにならないのが最高でした。スパもハマムも清潔で気持ちよかったです。レストランは少し値段が高いですが美味しいし、スタッフも可愛くて優しいです。ホテルの近くには大型のショッピングセンターがあるのでちょっとした買い物には困らず、タクシーもすぐにつかまります。観光地からは離れてのでイスタンブール観光には向いてませんが、イスタンブールでのんびりするにはとても良いホテルと思います◎オススメです。

Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağim bir otel. Otopark sıkıntısı yok Temizlik çok iyi Odalar konforlu Özellikle spa kısmı hem hijyen hemde hizmet açısından çok bsşarılı Spa bölümünde giyinme dolaplarına bulunan havlu bornoz vb. Eşyaların nizamı bir şekilde hazır bulunması çok şık hareket olmuş. Ayrıca standart oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen konaklamamızı upgrade yapmaları da güzel bir hareket.

Very good hotel. Excellent team. Very good breakfast. Really nice SPA with very big pool and sauna and massages options. The only downside is I could smell a bit of cigarette smoke in my room and I’m very sensitive to it.

1. Very disappointed in inability to adjust the heat in my room. Room was always extremely hot and set at 27 degrees C even when I turn the AC and wall unit. reported multiple times and each times the staff says they fixed only to revert again. 2. On check out day I had asked if i could check out by 1 pm from one front desk person only to get what sounded like a nasty call from another, very loudly telling me I am late and I have to checkout. The tone was totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Person later said he did not. Very disappointing.

25-26 Haziran tarihlerinde Nidya Hotel Esenyurt’ta konakladım ancak genel olarak memnun kalmadım. Öncelikle otopark alt katta yer alıyor ve üst katlara çıkmak için doğrudan bir asansör yok. Valizlerle birlikte çıkmak oldukça zahmetli ve hiçbir görevli yardımcı olmadı. Giriş yaparken sigara içilmeyen, büyük yataklı bir oda rezervasyonu yaptığım halde, resepsiyon bana iki ayrı tek kişilik yataklı bir oda teklif etti. Kabul etmediğimde birkaç dakika bekletildim, sonrasında uygun oda verildi. Oda ise hiç temiz değildi; genel hijyen seviyesi beklentimin çok altındaydı. Odalara ulaşım da oldukça karmaşık. Önce lobi katından bir üst kata çıkmanız gerekiyor, oradan koridordan geçip başka bir asansörle asıl katlara çıkabiliyorsunuz. Bu sistem özellikle acil durumlarda büyük risk oluşturur diye düşünüyorum. Yangın ya da acil tahliye durumunda nasıl bir çözüm sunulacağı gerçekten düşündürücü. Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi, temizlik ve yapı düzeni açısından beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Bu otelde yeniden konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve tavsiye etmiyorum.

I had a really bad experience with one of the front desk staff, called Gotehan he was very rude , even when i complained to the manager, i asked him if this is how you speak to customers, he said yes, poor customer service considering I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks, i will never stay in this hotel again

Her konuda yardımcı olan ve evimizde gibi rahat hissettiğimiz bir konaklamaydı, tüm ekibe her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Akbatı Avm nin tam karşısında olması her konuda ekstra kolaylık sağladı. We had a great experience at the hotel all went well.. the place is located near a mall and plenty of eating places bars etc around. The breakfast in the hotel was great as well.. The only advice to the hotel is please don’t stop people from bringing in food you end up making your reception staff look like police detectives.. it ruins the whole experience
