I didn‘t Like the Pool was only open in the morning from 8 to 10 and not in the evening. Who will go to the Pool in the morning?! That’s ridiculous. The Personal and Service was very friendly. But the prices were incredibly expensive: I paid 10 Euro for one bottle Beer in the hotel’s Restaurant. The morning Buffet was incredible good with various offerings for everyone, I couldn’t taste them all. But the location of the hotel in Zeytinburnu was not so inviting for me. I wouldn’t come again therefore.

The room was as expected from a 5-star hotel. Generally clean and with decent room service. Did not try the restaurant and bar, but looked good. However, the spa-facilities were disappointing, with a fee of €75 euro for using the swimming pool (you had to purchase a shower cap before entering). Furthermore, the water was smelly and generally the area were pretty small. Finally, what i was most disappointed about was the reception trying to scam me out of my €100 deposit upon departure, claiming that i emptied the water bottles from the mini bar and re-filled it with tap water. Further, they also claimed that i destroyed something in the shower. None of this was true, and after protesting against their claims they finally gave me my deposit back. 100€ is not a problem for me to pay, but i do not accept false accusations (it’s a matter of principles). Generally, this kind of shady business is not expected from a 5-star hotel. Therefore, be careful since they might try this.

Für die sonstige Ausstattung des Hotels sind die Preise für Essen und Trinken extrem überteuert, 20 Euro für 0,1 Wein. Normales Hauptgericht 70€. Das kann doch nicht sein. Vollkommen überzogen! Das angepriesene Pool ist nur von 7:00 bis 10:00 am Vormittag geöffnet. Wo gibt es das denn?

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

Very beautiful hotel, with many services, sauna, steam room, Hamam, spa, work out and exercise room, super friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, eating and restaurant open 24/7, close to train and bus stations.

Personel nazikti fakat odanın kliması iyi değildi ayrıca çarşaflar aşırı lekeliydi

personel ilgili olmasına rağmen odalarda bulunan çarşaf, yastık kılıfı vs nin temizliği iyideğildi. yastıklar oldukça rahatsız ve eskiydi.5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayan uygulamalar vardı: örneğin kahvenizi alıp kahvaltı salonundan çıkaramıyordunuz:)) ayrıca girişte 4000 tl bir depozito alınmasının oldukça rahatsız edici ve gereksi bulduğumu iletmek istiyorum

Yatak hariç her yer çok fazla tozluydu, her tarafta saç telleri vardı. Musluk bataryası yerinden çıkmış durumdaydı. Otel çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ve çok ilgililerdi.

Wenn sie kalt duschen und viele Herausforderungen die ihnen viel Zeit und Stress kosten sind sie hier richtig . Kaos in allen Bereichen. Fernseher die man nicht aus schalten kann kaltes Wasser Müll Tonnen voll vom vorigen Gast und Klammer Nadel über all es wird aus ausscheinend nicht richtig Staub gesaugt so das Stau in der Luft zu sehn ist. Dauert wird man mit komischen unnötigen Fragen konfrontiert. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel nach meiner Meinung . Es sind noch viele andere Mängel aber es ist mir Zuviel das zu schildern.

Yanlışlıkla tek kişilik olarak rezervasyonu tamamlamışız. İki kişilik ve tekmkişilk fiyat hotels de aynı olmasına rağmen ne hotels ne de otel yardımcı olmadı. Ekstra ücretimizi ödedik. Odayı deluxe olarak seçmiştik. Küçük,ışıklandırması kötü,yoldan ve klimalardan( yan odadaki klimalar dahil) inanılmaz ses gelen, banyo gideri sıkıntılı bir odaydı. Sessiz sakin dinlenmek imkansız. Beğenmediğimiz bir konaklama oldu.

All good , but was too hard pillow

This hotel has good potential bit horrible management. Its 3 star at best, the rugs are filthy, they place smells of smoke, no wash clothes, AC didnt work, hotel staff was rude. There was an argument in the lobby with a guest and the manager was rude and did not de-escalate the situation. Told the guest he could not have 3 people in his room and the thirs person was a friend who was just waiting for his room to get ready. ( to i had 3 in mine) service was slow and the restaurant was horrible. Took us 10 min to get water. Don't bother getting an omelette or have them cook eggs for you. They use way too much oil. It tasted absolutely disgusting and the person cooking looks 18. I would never stay at this place again..

I stayed at theUranus Hotel and overall, everything was good. The room was clean and the hotel was well-maintained. However, I found the pillows to be too heavy and uncomfortable, which made it hard for me to sleep. I hope they consider offering different pillow options for better comfort.

Staff very helpful, room is comfortable

Heating system was not working it was really cold in the room they could not fix it. They just say they call the technician but he never come i asked reception for give extra blanket they say room service will come with it i wait long after i call reception got same answer room service will come with it i wait 1 hour more nothing happen it took them 24 hours to give me extra blanket

Overall stay was nice, staff were extremely helpful and attended to all our needs.

From the check-in to the checkout, the hotel staff and the services were amazing. I have to mention that one staff member and her name is Özlem has passed all our expectations. She treated us like a family, she went far and beyond her responsibilities and took care of my elderly father who had some health troubles. Thank you Özlem and Uranus team from the bottom of my heart. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will only stay here for my next Istanbul visit.

Booked 2 rooms costing over £1000 and had issues with check in. Was told by reception only 1 room booked. I showed frustration as a result of this as we were waiting over 30 minutes after a long flight and the reception weren’t helpful. Instead they became very defensive which I found rude. Eventually they gave 2nd room which wasn’t prepared. I asked for a iron and it took the hotel until next evening to give me one after chasing them. Had issues with air conditioning and had maintenance come out to say it should be fine now but this wasn’t the case. It doesn’t cool the room so we had to sleep with the window open. All you could hear was police sirens due to the location being on a busy road. We woke up in the afternoon and called reception to say we are going out and if we can have housekeeping done. I left the door card also which clearly says clean my room and came back to my room a few hours later to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called reception and questioned this and they said room wasn’t cleaned due to leaving a do not disturb card on the door. This was another lie as it seems the hotel doesn’t own up to their faults but instead become defensive. We had valet parking and would leave the key with the valet driver and needed the keys 1 evening and it took about 20 minutes due to less staff. We had issues at checkout with reception accusing us of using the minibar which in the end wasn’t the case. It took over 30 minutes to check out almost missing our flight.

The hotel was good overall but the staff was not up to par! Reception especially, during check out when we told them we didn't use the mini bar they didn't believe us and went to check and let us go! This is a shame for them!!!

The staff was rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. They couldnt look up our booking, and didnt even try. I gave him our confirmation number and without typing it, he said, "it's not there". The booking website tried contacting the hotel to help find our booking, the hotel staff wouldnt answer their call. Unbelievable. The hotel room were small, congested and ended as soon as you walk in. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Sink was clogged and ac wouldnt cool. Waste of money. Staff needs to be taught customer service.

Outside of the hotel is full of constructions sites so mud and dirt everywhere outside of the hotel's door. The hotel is nice and has breakfast buffet. My staying was nice at the beginning, the room service was nice, the front desk staff are very useful and friendly, although the bar and restaurant staff don't speak English at all so it was hard to ask even for simple things. The last day of my staying was awful. They accepted guests to get a very late check-in at 3:30am and those guests were next to my room, extremely noisy and they were trying to open the door diving my room from theirs for hours, it was very uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep at all that night and I felt very unsafe. I brought it up to the manager the next morning and she didn't offer me any solution but said sorry and she hoped I would come back again, that tainted my whole experience there, I don't think I would come back if I have to be honest.

Nothing around the property. Apart from that, staff were nice and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had soaps but no toothbrushes or toothpaste which the hotel wrote in their book they will be happy to give. Shower was really nice and warm!

All the rooms are smoked in. Food is ridiculously expensive. Actually they charge above the menu price.
