Great location for local attractions. Staff were all pleasant and professional. The hotel only has 2 elevators that are busy during checkin and out periods. Surprisingly, the hotel does not have a service elevator, making it difficult for house cleaning and maintenance staff to efficiently do their jobs.

Did not receive text that check in was available. No flexibility with early check in or late check out. No pool or hot tub etc. Heavy elevator traffic. Expensive parking and not much around for street parking. Great breakfast, large lobby, convenient rooms for larger groups and good location.

Very nice room and awesome breakfast. We loved how walkable it was to many of Seattles top attractions. The only negative was that one elevator was broken and the other was very slow. We were on the fifth floor so this was inconvenient.

The only that didn’t work was one elevator broke down right around check out. The hotel this size has only two elevators. Not good if one breaks down for a long period. On the 4th floor you waited over a half hour to get on elevator. It was worse coming from the first floor. We had trouble with our baggage getting to the garage. Not the fault of the hotel, could of helped people get baggage to first floor for check out.

Came for the Seattle Hot Chocolate Run. The view was great, the location was great but the parking facilities were terrible. Had to park in their second location which was a 2 block walk and I had to drag my bags back to the hotel and then back to the parking garage when I left. Fortunately it wasn’t raining!!! They also had very limited unloading bays so you couldn’t drop your bags and park. They did refund the parking but would have preferred better facilities for parking over the refund. Took an extra hour to check in due to this. Will probably consider a different hotel if I ever come back for this race.

This hotel was in a great location for our family! Onsite parking ($50 a night and a little tight) was nice to have. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts and the views from the rooftop balcony. The staff was very helpful and courteous!

Huge room. The size of a small apartment. Very nice. Only issue was parking. We got the very last spot in the parking garage and several other cars kept coming in to park, without success. If we had larger than a compact vehicle, we would not have had room to park in any spot.

We had a very disappointing first stay at Hyatt House this weekend. The heat in our room did not work at any point for our stay. We loved the open layout of the room and great kitchen space. The bathroom unfortunately contained various amounts of hair and other people's fingernails clippings on the ground upon arrival. Later we discovered the drain to the shower was clogged to the point the tub would begin filling almost immediately after turning on. The entire bathroom experience was unsanitary and frustrating. After discussing the situation with the staff we were advised the room should only take around an hour to reach preferred temperature. At this point we had been checked in for about 7 hours. We were told no rooms were available to switch and given additional blankets. The last working this evening was very apologetic and professional. She does an exception job by the way. I wish I had caught her name. After our final attempts to rotate our room keys through the eco block that keeps the lights on we gave up for the night. It was so cold in the room we barely slept. After checking out the next morning we got the pleasure of trekking through the snow to grab our vehicle at their sister hotel's parking garage. The staff was amazing but the experience was terrible. We won't be back.

The place kind of looked nice then when you start looking you see things like ripped carpet "sealed" with black tape, moldy edges in the shower in the grout and ceiling, ripped sheets, and the noise!! Super noisy from street and other rooms. Plus the parking is horrible. I definitely wouldn't come here again and when I brought these things up to Hyatt they sent up maintenance but said he's gonna tell them to clean better ...... Disappointed on my honeymoon....

Great location! Hotel is steps from the space needle and a monorail ride away to Pike Public market! Elevator was slow during our stay; our room was in the 2nd floor so it wasn't a big deal. Rooms were nice but could have been better cleaned and wiped down. There was dust and lingering dirt throughout; we had to wipe down several of the table and surfaces before we could use it. The hot breakfast was a really great amenity that added to our stay. Minor issues overall so we would stay here again.

Pros: -Amazing view of the Space Needle -Good location, safe and just right across the Space Needle and other tourist attraction. The monorail station is in that area. -quiet area and has alot of food options and convenience store. - the rooms have a full kitchen and free hot breakfast. -rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. -amazing shampoo, conditioner and body wash. My hair looked amazing after I used it. -they have a mini mart, - fairly nice and friendly staff. Cons: - No wired internet and wireless wifi is very spotty. Not for people who need to do zoom meetings or gamers. So disappointed in this because this is one of the top consideration why i picked this hotel. My kiddo loves to play his online game and he could not play his games even the fortnight game. When we got to the hotel, we could not get connected to the wifi and when I informed the front desk, I was given the phone number for their internet service provider which i found really strange and irritating but i knew that the front desk person was just doing what he is told. Anyway, we got to connect to the wifi but it eas really slow. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to have a fast internet access. - the tv in the room did not have the capability to connect to netflix, hulu or prime. Room was a little dated but there is an ongoing construction to remodel the rooms. Overall it was a good experience and would probably stay there again if their internet is better.

You can’t beat the location of thus hotel with it being a stone’s throw away from the Space Needle. The room was nice and breakfast was good, but the front desk staff were always curt and acting flustered. We had to arrange for our own taxis and guests had to pay for our own water even. I witnessed overly friendly “help” given to a Japanese speaking guest, so I wonder if young women, non English speakers, or wealthier guests take priority, Room service is only upon request and is limited by number each day, so we got none in our 3 day stay.

This is my 2nd time stay because we had a great experience the 1st time 5 years ago. This time, not so much. Will not come back again. We didn't get the suite room we paid for. They said they were sold out so they "upgraded" to a room with a view which is not a suite room. Then we had to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready. They said they'd text me once the room is ready. Yeah, never got that text. We sat in the lobby until almost 5pm then I went to ask them. They said "oh the system was down that's why you never got the text from the maid". Then that night we got woken up with the LOUD door bangs at almost 2 am. The security guy with another guy came and said they didn't have a record of us staying in this room and it's supposed to be vacant. What the?! They asked for my ID then disappeared for 15 mins then security guy came back and said they apologize for their mistake (no kidding). And for the inconvenience they caused the manager gave us 2 bottles of water. Wow, impressive! With the ordeals we went thru I think we well deserve at least one free night stay! The room was clean enough, spacious. The elevators are slower than a turtle walk. They said they have 6 EV charging stations on P1 but we didn't see any. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of selections. With this price we'll pay a bit more and stay downtown next time. Won't be back again.

Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Perfect for events at Climate Pledge Arena. I go to Seattle a couple of times a year and I don’t usually drive. This hotel is great because you leave the airport on the Link Light Rail to Westlake station then take the monorail at Westlake Center to Seattle Center. You can use the monorail to cut the walk time to Pike Place from the hotel too. Multiple food options across the street at the Armory which is a food court not an armory. It’s not open late though, they’re good for lunch but the only thing open there after 6 pm is MOD pizza which I think is open till 10. I was there during the week, not sure if weekends are different. Had a nice time, I would stay here again.

Love the location, across from space needle and mono rail. The staff was a bit slow, Saturday & Sunday for breakfast they would run out of food, and took them a while to bring more in. I waited (and more guest) 30 mins for eggs. And the staff was very defensive about it. Making comments like "not my fault the oven is so slow" overall its a good hotel. Great Location..
