Stay overall was great. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, great drink on arrival and coffee was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant was great also! Good location exactly where we wanted to be.

Room was clean, we had a wonderful view and staff was friendly. Feel like I paid too much for what we got. Amenities were lacking - things advertised were not provided and feel like I was overcharged on some items. Pillows provided were terrible. Spa products were really nice and great quality.

I would not at all recommend staying at this hotel. The amenities are accessible to those who are not staying in the hotel. Specifically, the pool area is a debauchery of a drunken, bodily fluid filled space. The water literally turned into a clouded gray after “first Thursday” which was a party day for this hotel; truly disgusting. It’s not just that the amenities were therefore unusable, but it was outright LOUD. The restaurant on the 4th floor, Geraldine’s, was good and had a great bar and service staff. Bar downstairs messed up our drinks, and was mediocre. The only redeeming factor was the housekeeping staff… they’d have to be an exceptional group to be able to keep up with the people that come and use the public spaces. If you’re going to pay these kinds of prices, go elsewhere.
