It was a great stay! All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the various amenities and helpfulness of the various staff running and working all over & throughout the property. For those interested in the spa, the women's section has a women's only sauna, hammam, relaxations rooms and everything you need to shower and get dressed after. The co-ed pool section has a beautiful indoor pool and loungers and we were told the outside pool is heated even during winter (if i understood correctly). The hotel was also located next door to a nice public waterfront park. The hotel had free self parking and valet parking was 200 tl (11.2024) The only improvement I would personally like to see would be someone opening the car &/or taxi door and helping me in and out of my car or taxi (or at least offering). But overall it is a beautiful property and we had great service from everyone. I would like to thank everyone.

I’ve been to Istanbul many times but this time happened to randomly book Hyatt so that our stay would be a little farther from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially the manager Gozde. She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé & I have a pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The pool, gym and VIP lounge with breathtaking views were magnificent as well. Our room view was also phenomenal. We will definitely book again. Thanks for making our stay as pleasant as it could ever be. We really appreciated the generosity especially during the timing of war.

Das war ein schönes modernes Hotel. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr schön. Beim Service könnte einiges besser sein, wie Koffer auf die Zimmer tragen, Einführung in die Klimaanlage der Zimmer oder Parkservice (nur gegen Gebühr). In anderen 5* Hotels in Istanbul wird solcher Service angeboten. Ansonsten hat mir das Fitnessstudio gar nicht gefallen. Und der Aussenpoolbereich war extrem windig. Dazu muss ich aber sagen, dass zu dem Zeitpunkt ganz Istanbul vom starken Wind betroffen war. Deswegen weiss ich nicht, wie es sonst so ist. Die Bar oben ist sehr schön, und das Frühstück war auch grandios. Die Preise der Lebensmittel in der Minibar waren extremmmm teuer (Kaugummi 10€, Wasser knapp 10€), was ich unverschämt fand. Aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Très bel hôtel bien équipé. Personnel aimable et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien aussi. Juste petit bémol sur le service de ménage dans les chambres qui font le strict minimum et qui oublie toujours quelque chose, ce qui nous a obligé à devoir constamment réclamer un tapis de bain, des serviettes manquantes ou autre... dommage.

On s’est fait arnaqué à la piscine, en commandant un plat à la carte « bruchetta burrata » qui devait contenir du poulet, de la burrata, de l’avocat,des tomates cerises, citron huile d’olive etc, sauf que nous avons eu 4 petits toasts ridicules avec de la fêta !!?? Des de la tomate coupée en carré.. rien de plus!!! Le lendemain on en parle au manager, qui voulait nous offrir deux coca en guise d’excuses et en commandant une pizza marguarita 35 minutes pour ne rien avoir car nous avions rdv et avons du partir. Donc aucun offert, ni geste commercial surtout vu le prix que ça coûte .. je suis très déçu !! Seul point positif la chambre et encore une taies d’oreiller était tachées avec du sang. :/ chambre 611

Tolles Hotel, absolut luxuriös. Geruch im Zimmer war gewöhnungsbedüftig. Es roch leicht modrig durch die Feuchtigkeit. Ansonsten komme ich gern wieder. Frühstück war ein Traum / Rooftop Sushi nicht gut und teuer.

Odamız konusunda bize çok yardımcı olan ve memnuniyetimiz için çok yardımcı olan resepsiyonda sorumlu arkadaşımız Aziz bey'e de ayrıca teşekkürlerimizi iletmek isterim. Otel müdürünün güzel jesti içinde çok mutlu olduk, ikramları için tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Bizler memnun kaldık eminim diğer misafirler de aynı memnuniyetle otelden ayrılıyorlar.

I like quality hotels and this one delivered, we had a king room with sea view and it was perfect, large and sunny for the morning. We didn’t eat at the property as it was expensive, we stayed four nights and was a really lovely Experiance. Staff wears exceptional with everything, recommend.

Gorgeous rooms and view, very clean, comfortable. Spa and pool area was amazing, worth spending a little extra to stay here if you are coming to this neighborhood. We also loved the rooftop bar, such great staff and service there! Incredible hotel, if I need to come to the same neighborhood of Istanbul I will stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff so friendly and accommodating. The location a bit far from main areas but nice and quiet. Very easy to catch taxi to go places. Taxis are not expensive. The room was spacious and clean. The double beds are on the smaller side for 2 people. Room was cleaned everyday. The fridge doesn’t keep things cold that was the biggest disappointment.

Overall positive. I arrived in the middle of the night and got super nice upgrade to a suite. Thanks. The drawback was the bathroom got flooded every time you took a shower. Initial I thought is was a problem with the drain, reported to the staff and they acted immediately Did this twice. Problem remained, then I realized it was a design flaw, the floor tilted away from the drain. So not to blaim the staff, nothing they could do. I tried the restaurants and experienced both very tatsty dishes and some low points, stay away from the burger, and you will be fine. The stay was in overall pleasant, the backside is the location, very isolated. You can't walk to close by restaurants since the hotel is isolated by roads with high traffic, you are always forced to take a taxi.

The property was very nice overall, but the music at the pool was terrible. They played elevator music at high volume at the pool, which was extremely annoying. When a request was made to the staff to do something about the music, they just laughed and said it would be over soon because the pool was closing.

Several issues experienced: While fast check in, overall stay hasn't been pleasant. Took 4 hours to receive toilet paper to run after several requests. Very inattentive service at the brizo hotel on several different occasions. Which is also a missed opportunity to increase sales. Had to find waitress to receive check after expressing my intention to eat app, main and dessert. Didn't get a chance to have dessert as i was annoyed. I called front desk around 1am on Sunday evening and no one picked up. All i could think was what if there were an emergency occurring and the front desk doesn't bother to even call the room back. If you're staying on a very high floor the music from the lounge is super loud but they dont warn you of that and i wasn't expecting to hear the music blaring through the walls while trying to rest at midnight. Overall, this has been my worst experience here. I think if you plan to stay more than 5 days, the service tends to dwindle. I would not come here again. For these prices i could have stayed at the JW as this hotel isnt cheap. Even the level of service/friendliness drops which is a shame because the hotel is beautiful. Next time, i will plan a different hotel for a hopefully better overall experience.

The hotel is nice but far away from the city center and all the touristy places. It is by the Marmara sea and I think it would be nicer in the summer time. There is a shopping center close to the hotel with a few restaurants. Also , some eating option by the marina.

ホテルはとてもきれいで、部屋からの眺めもよく、快適に過ごせました。朝食はとても充実していて、スタッフもとても親切です。ホテルから旧市街の観光エリアに行くには、近くの駅まで徒歩１０分ほど（歩道橋を渡って、集合住宅の駐車場を横切る）、そこから電車で１５分くらい。駅や電車内の治安は良いようでした。面倒なら、タクシーもありでしょう。数日滞在するには、とても居心地のよいホテルです。

Customer service is exceptional. The staff were friendly & professional at all times, whatever you required they provided. The facilities are great. The one thing that stood out for my family is how peaceful the hotel is. The one negative is being overly over charged for a jar of nuts which were not properly labelled as chargeable
