What guests think

Across reviews of World Point Hotel Istanbul, guests highlight strong cleanliness but report inconsistent room quality with dated furnishings, malfunctioning air conditioning and lighting, elevator problems, and occasional pool closures, leading to a mixed overall experience.

Some guests liked spacious, comfortable rooms, but others mention noise, twin beds pushed together, weak water pressure, and curtains that do not block light. Breakfast feedback ranges from excellent and varied to repetitive, while the on-site restaurant earns praise; the location is convenient for nearby shopping yet feels far from central sights for some. Service is often friendly and helpful, though reception responsiveness and language skills vary. Best for value seekers comfortable with variable facilities and room upkeep.

The room is unclean, the floor lacks carpeting, the water pump has low pressure, the air conditioning is out of order, and the elevator has a long wait time.

Nothing works: the elevator is constantly broken, the pool remains closed despite promises to fix it within two days, and nothing has been done. The only good thing is the staff, who are nice people, but the hotel itself is bad.

The hotel needs some revisions such as digital displays of Elevator, airco modernisations. The rest is perfect. The price is nice.

İki gün kaldım, ücretsiz spa, hamam vs. mükemmel bir hizmet. Odalar temiz, personel saygılı ve güleryüzlü. Lokasyon harika. İşyerime yakın olması nedeni ile devamlı tercih edeceğim bir mekan. Bayramoğlu Holdinge teşekkürler.
