The air conditioning only operates at a single temperature, with no option to adjust. I experienced issues with my reservation and received no response to messages or phone calls. I booked a "superior" room, but it was significantly smaller than the advertised 30 square meters. There was a water leak in the shower area. Getting water at the gym was surprisingly difficult — I had to ask three or four times, and it took about 30 minutes to receive a 300ml bottle. Overall, the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, I don’t recall staying at a hotel of this price range with such poor service. Do not trust the photos.

For 6 day stay breakfast was limited. Basically always the same. Did not like the coffee. If you pay you can have a better coffee. Lift was broken for 2 days.

Meget rent, pænt og venligt personale. stort udvalg til morgenmad, dog ikke topkvalitet med frugt/brød. Gym meget småt, uddateret, livsfarlige glatte træningsmåtter og meget lidt udstyr.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine et parties communes magnifiques ! Personnel très aidant et agréable ! Propreté et services plus qu’impeccable Très bien localisé pour une première fois à Istanbul c’est-à-dire à côté des sites touristique. En outre, la proximité du tram T1 et de la gare est un réel plus. (Pour ce rendre dans les autres quartiers) Seuls défauts le sauna et certaines chambres manques légèrement de luminosité mais la beauté et la taille de celles-ci, avec la qualité de la décoration ainsi que les briques rouges apparentes, font très vite oublier ce point (chambre deluxe)

Best part of the hotel is the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and were great to our daughter. Even gave her a Nazar as a gift when we checked out. Breakfast selection was great. Hotel is close walking distance from historic sites. Also, the bar tender was very friendly and fun to talk while having some drinks after a long day.

We had a lovely time in this hotel. We stayed in the attic room which can get hot in summer but is fully air conditioned. The breakfast was delicious. We used the gym and that was good too. Very friendly service and would recommend.

We love our 5 days in Istanbul. Very quiet hotel and rooms! So clean. Close to so many restaurants. We felt safe walking around late at night. The gym was ok (underground, not big and no windows but there was enough to workout).

Hotels.com yanlış bilgilendirme yapmış. Oteli özellikle otopark imkanı olduğu için ve Sirkeciye yakın olması nedeniyle tercih ettim. Ancak otelin otoparkı yok. Geç saatte otele giriş yaptım, Check in sırasında, sabah belirli saate kadar aracın otel önünde durabileceği sabah da görevli arkadaşın otoparka çekip anahtarı resepsiyona bırakacağı konusunda anlaştık ancak sabahki personel aracı otoparka bırakmak konusunda isteksiz kaldı. Mecburen sabah otopark aramak zorunda kaldım. Doğru bilgilendirme yapılsaydı otoparkı olan başka bir otelde kalmayı tercih ederdim. Otoparkı sorun etmeyenler için otelin konumu mükemmel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet, which made for a restful retreat after full days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old city and within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The tours they organized for us were top-notch—well-planned, informative, and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul—it made our trip that much more enjoyable!

The location is great for shopping. The bathroom has a bad smell like a sewage. No a/c because is winter and opening the windows you feel the cigarettes from people smocking behind the building or the noise of cats, etc. the brekfast was minimun and the service was not attentive.

L'hotel ed il suo personale allingresso e riassetto camera mi ha pienamente soddisfatto, ringrazio il personale al desk che ci ha suggerito un hammam davvero unico, in u a location bellissima! OTTIMA la colazione e servita in un area completamente dedicata al piano terra, silenziosa e per nulla troppo affollata, buone condizioni generali della sala, pulizia e personale veloce nell'eseguire le comande richieste per caffe e cappuccino molto buono. Canera silenziosa e in stile con L'hotel, piacevolmente arredata e dotata di momte complimentary. Materasso e cuscini ok. Bagno ampio e particolare, con vasca in aderenza alla parete mattoni a vista. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Ziegelstein-Wänden und hohen Decken. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut mit frischem Obst und leckeren Alternativen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

We had a decent stay at the Regien Ottoman Hotel. The hotel is walking distance to many main attractions, like Hagia Sofia, Topkapi-palace and the Galata tower. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious (deluxe) and the standard of the room was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and our designated housekeeper Mustafa, was so sweet, helpful and professional and always left our room in a pristine condition! Getting airport transport was also easy and the receptionists were polite and helpful. The service at the restaurant was also very good. However, we had a few setbacks at the hotel which is the reason why we are not giving an excellent rating. We both struggled falling asleep if we went early to bed, and struggled to sleep in if we fell asleep late because we could hear absolutely everything from the hallway. Furthermore, we paid extra for breakfast which I would discourage other visitors from doing. Buying breakfast outside is both cheaper and much better than the hotel breakfast, which was very simple. It was decent but nothing remarkable. And they played the same playlist every single day, quite loud, so once we sat down to eat we just wanted to hurry up and leave. Since we were here on our only holiday week during 2022, we expected the ability to sleep whenever we wanted and a good hotel breakfast (especially when we paid extra).

Très déçu par cet hôtel, faisant confiance au bon avis nous avons décidé de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel. Hôtel pas digne d'un 4 étoiles: coupure d'eau, odeur de canalisation permanente dans la chambre, vue sur les poubelles en chambre supérieure... Ce qui nous a déçu: lit inconfortable (matelas très très dur), vue sur la cours avec les déchets pour une chambre supérieure ce n' est pas acceptable, peu de choix sucrés au petit déjeuner et pas fameux, odeur désagréable de la chambre, plainte faite aux personnels mais celui ci nous a dit que cette prestation est normale, bouteille d'eau journalière payante... Ce qui nous a plu: ménage fait tous les jours même lorsque nous sortons de la chambre tard.

This hotel was delightful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - they made a real impact on my stay. They went above and beyond to be sure that I enjoyed my time here. I had one of the smaller rooms and yet it was extremely comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices (and indulgences too if that’s what you prefer). The location was perfect - close to so many things and yet peaceful and quiet itself. This is definitely where I will stay next time I travel to Istanbul and would recommend it to anyone!

The stay was beyond amazing. The location is the best with everything around. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which is not very common in Istanbul. And the room is spacious only missing some light.

Les chambres etaient agreables mais certaines sont mal aménagées, les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas séparées par quelconque cloison, ce qui laisse peu de place à l'intimité. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été aux petits soins pour solutionner ce détail et merci à Ahmet pour son aide et accueil.

Tremendous stay here. We were here just one night and were terribly sad not to stay here longer. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous with beautiful decor and excellent attention to detail. Bathroom with plenty of hooks and good shower water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Room was so pleasant to just be in. Comprehensive and delicious breakfast. Easy to walk to major sites. Could not recommend this hotel more!!

Nice hotel downtown, nice breakfast and the inside is charming. A bad point : The hotel offers 60euros shuttle to come from the airport. Avoid it. normal price for a taxi is around 15 to 20 euros and we had to wait 30 minutes for other passenger even if they were not going to the same hotel. Even with that they wanted to charge 10% extra because we wanted to pay by card as we mentioned in the reservation. Deceiving way to treat a customer.

Everything was perfect , and this is not my first time staying at this hotel it was my second time . I love the vibes , staff , specially Gokhan is an amazing person , warm , and very polite. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Nice location, though be aware, certain hours during the weekend the streets around the hotel are closed for traffic, and becoming a pedestrian mall..,making it a bit of a hustle to reach the hotel especially if you have suitcases…

My elderly mother and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the hotel excels in accessibility and maintaining a quiet atmosphere, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. I have mixed feelings about recommending it for travelers with elderly parents. The main challenge was access - roads are blocked to cars during daytime hours, requiring us to walk a block or two while carrying our luggage to reach the hotel. However, the staff kindly came to assist us once they knew we were heading their way. Additionally, while the sliding shower doors would likely be fine for most guests, they weren't stable enough for elderly visitors to safely hold onto for support.

Excelente hotel! Personal muy atento, desayunos excepcionales, muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de Estambul! Mi agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel, a Kerem por sus amables atenciones en el restaurante.

Très bonne situation géographique près de tout pour visiter Istanbul. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner très bien, dommage que pour le prix des chambres et un 4 étoiles l’expresso café soit payant. Cela ne sert absolument à rien de mettre cet hôtel en vip access parce qu’aucun avantage n’a été proposé, surtout que l’hôtel était quasiment vide.
