Chambres vraiment incroyables, les lits les plus confortable de mon voyages jusqu'à date! Produits de luxe offert, belle localisation a distances a pied des attrait touristiques. Personnel attentionné, surtout celui a l accueil et celui qui donne le service aux déjeuner ! Déjeuner tres delicieux et bonne qualite et quantite. Belle picine extérieur. Par contre, je trouve l anno ce de la picine intereure comme fausse publicité... spa femblait fermer aussi.. j aurais sabs doute choisi un autte hotel en sachant qu il n en avait pas de disponible a ce prix.

We had very large room with charming decor, lots of storage, and great bathroom with huge shower - plus a very pleasant terrace overlooking the fields, not the road. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town.

Staff all amazing and very helpful. Gave us a lovely glass of wine on arrival. Location for Pammukale sites is perfect. They even gave us a lift to the entrance which is brilliant as you can then walk downhill and exit the other entrance which is only a few minutes walk from hotel. Nice gardens, pool and superb Turkish breakfast. Excellent value.

Everything and everybody was great! The owner, Ali, is a wonderful host. The only problem is that they keep 6 dogs together in a corner by the pool, and the dogs bark … a lot, whenever people swim. We wanted some quiet time there by the pool and the dogs kept barking. Otherwise, the pool, rooms, public areas were spotless.

Odalar ve ortam gayet temizdi. Sakin, nezih bir tatil arıyorsanız doğru yerdesiniz. Havuzun akşam 10a kadar açık olması ve müziksiz rahat bir alan sunması bizim için idealdi. Ayrıca küçük köpeklere bayıldık ve sürekli onlarla vakit geçirdik. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi fakat otelde akşam yemeği yok, merkeze yakın olduğu için dışarıdan yemek yiyebilirsiniz. Travertenlere ve merkeze 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bir kez daha gidersek yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.

일찍 숙소에 도착해서 얼리체크인 해주셔서 고마웠으나 이전 손님이 방키를 가져가서 나중에 키를 받았어요. 직뤈은 미안한 태도도 별로 없었습니다. 가장 화가 닜던 것은 커피포트에 물울 부었는데 거품이 확 올라오며 세탁세제 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 말로만 듣던 커피포트에 빨래를 한 것 같았습니다. 관리가너무허술했어요. 방에 에어컨도 거의 안나오고요. 디시 가고싶지는 않습니다.

A very high quality hotel. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. We stayed with our dog and felt very comfortable. The pool was clean. The refreshments given during the welcome and farewell were very thoughtful gestures. Especially the female officer at the reception was very friendly, smiling and ready to help in any matter. We liked it very much, from the staff to the room. We could easily watch the balloons from the balcony in the morning. Price/performance hotel. We recommend.

Overall we had a very good and positive stay. Room was large and spacious and with a nice view. However, few things were a little bit disappointing. One of the two complimentary water bottles was open and half empty, we asked for a replacement but it didn’t get replaced. The room was not serviced in our 2-night stay and we were not asked whether this was needed or not. We showed up at 9.50 for breakfast but apparently if you come later then 9.30 you don’t get served despite breakfast being until 10.

The staff here are so welcoming. They go above and beyond. We rented a room with two queen beds but they upgraded us to a room with a queen and two twin beds (so my sons did not have to share a bed) The first night we arrived, they checked us in and then offered us free wine, coffee, or tea. We were heading out for dinner and it looked like it was about to rain so they drove us into town for dinner (which is just a short walk away). And they said if it is raining when dinner is over for us to call them and they will pick us up. Breakfast was so delicious and plentiful. It was a Turkish breakfast and you could ask for more of anything. The service was so quick too. After breakfast, we wanted to go up to Hieropolis and Pamukkale travertine pools. Even though we could easily walk to the lower gate in town, the Southgate is a better entrance to start at. So one of the people at White Heaven suggested we start there and told us that they would drive us there. The only thing I would point out is that you need to put the key in a slot in the room to keep the air conditioner on. So when you leave the room, and take the key with you, the air conditioner turns off. So it was warm in our room for a little while (we came on a hot day). I’ve never experienced such friendly, kind and helpful hosts. That alone is worth the stay here.

It was a nice size room but zero views as it stated views in the booking. AC was not working properly as it kept shutting itself off and would randomly spit out a lot of water. Owner did not come fix it as promised. He says it doesn’t mean it would happen again. The breakfast meal was quite sad and boring. Omelette was a plain egg and tastes like soy sauce and greasy. The owner seemed to be quite combative and condescending which was not appreciated since that’s how he spoke to us 2 females. He also asked others if they wanted a coffee refill and obviously ignored us. Overall good location but prob should stay elsewhere would’ve been a better experience. Not worth the hefty price for the attitude. Place is run by all men so they probably don’t know how to interact with 2 females.

Everyone was so hospitable! Great location to see the sites. Comfortable beds, big rooms. My only suggestion would be to turn on the AC in the rooms before guests arrive. It was so hot and stuffy. It took 30 minutes to cool room down.

Me senti muy insegura. Viaje con mi joven hija y al querer cerrar con seguro por dentro el cuarto no lo pude hacer. Llame desde el cuarto con el gerente o dueño, no se que era , para avisar que no se podía asegurar la puerta por dentro. Le dije que a pesar de que yo tenía la llave cualquier otra persona del hotel podría abrir esa puerta, dijo que así eran los cuartos. Le pedí una solución y me dijo que si no me gustaba esa situación que me fuera. Al bajar con nuestras maletas me corrió frente a un grupo de turistas que venían llegando. Solicitó el reembolso de lo que invertí en vano. De verdad el hotel además está sucio. No tienen agua limpia. El gerente advirtió a la llegada que íbamos a encontrar el agua de diferentes colores por el uso que se le da en los Baños de Cleopatra. Quiere engañar a la gente. Eso no tiene nada que ver con el color del agua. Deberían filtrarla y en todo caso quitarle los sedimentos.

The staff, especially the Receptionist, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even taken by car to the entrance to the attraction, as my wife is not able to walk too far; no charge!! Excellent breakfast; very good pool. The only point to make was that the curtain in our suite was broken.

The hotel was very nice. But even better were the people: the staff and the hotel owner. The latter helped us with arranging transportation to the next stop. I appreciated that very much because transportation to and from Pamukkale is awkward. With that problem solved we could really enjoy the travertine terraces and the ruins of Hierapolis. He arranged a ride for us (and others) to the South Gate of the park too. Keep up the good work, White Heaven folks.

Excellent stay. Owner also has travel agency. Arranged pickup from airport which is about 1 hour away. Arranged guided tour of the area. Hotel was excellent. Appears fairly recent construction. Very clean. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitively stay there again

Location, location, location. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from Pamukkale. The hotel is modern, super clean, comfortable and the breakfast is generous and delicious! The staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. Also lots of food options around! Definitely book this hotel!

Its a very beautiful property and family owned. We had a great time only regret we were there for 1 night. Ridwan was so nice and kind and helpful. The middle gate is a 7 to 8 min walk from the hotel, so no need to take the car and worry about parking. Great stay would recommend it 💯.

The site of the hotel is beautiful , the room are spacious , super clean and equipped with all the commodities. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Turkish breakfast was exceptional, fresh and tasty. The hotel is well situated for the travertine pools and hieropolis close by. Would definitely recommend.
