Room was beautiful and very comfortable beds. Spacious with couches. Keys easy to get and reasonable text support as no staff on site. Soundproofing could definitely be better as we were in the loft and could hear every word of the people above us however and lots of stairs.

We had friends stay at the smith hotel who really liked it and thought it was a top notch hotel. We had booked as well however we had to be moved to their other properties their Colby house around the corner. Melanie was Amazing communicating with us the entire time . All staff We communicated with were fantastic . The Two bedroom We had was beautiful comfortable And quiet . Being moved To The house fine until we had to get our car out of parking . It was next to impossible at the Colby house with the parking spots they have for you . Do not park there if you stay there - they built a deck above and the posts make it impossible to maneuver even the smallest of cars out . We would gladly stay at the smith hotel but not the colby if we had a car. Staff should be Advising people of the parking situation and not encourage Parking there at all.

This boutique hotel has it all! The linens and bed were very comfortable - the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were beautiful and the room was absolutely spotless; we loved the lighting and the fact that the blinds were very easy and convenient to operate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, and was spic and SPAN! The parking was easy - I parked at the number of room that I had...although this only occurred to me later in our stay - it might have been easier if it had been clear in the confirmation message: "Please park in spot #7, your room number." Also, the volume on the remote for the TV is on the SIDE! We tried everything and finally realised where it was - silly mistake but I'm mentioning it for others who, like me, aren't very technically-inclined! Benita at the front desk was helpful and kind. We needed to call in order to get INTO the hotel, for some reason we didn't know there was a code to enter - we had the code for the room key once we got INside, but no code to enter the building. Benita answered quickly and got us in, no stress at all! The fact that there is no reception doesn't matter that much when the staff is as patient and attentive as she is :) We appreciated the 10 minute walk to the city center. We enjoyed the loft idea - it was spacious and modern. I really nice use of the area. And so tastefully decorated. An absolute delight to stay here; we will be back!

Parking was convenient and easy. The kitchen was well equipped. Our room had none of the items listed as available for purchase in the refrigerator. We never received a code to enter the main door to obtain our key; fortunately another guest arrived and let us in. The room was immaculate and it was a great location; an easy walk to restaurants and shops.

The property is beautiful. Our room was incredible, a bit industrial/modern. Full kitchen, living room, loft bedroom. There was a record player to listen to and a speaker you could pair your music with also, which was fun. There was an issue where they didn’t provide us with the code to get into the building, which delayed our entry by two hours, in the rain. Very frustrating. Plus the very next day was the beginning of the month in which that code changes and we were not notified all day until just before 2 PM. However, these things were addressed with management, so may not be an issue next time.
