I am very disappointed. I booked two rooms for pool and exercise room. Pool was under construction and noone notified us with phone call and online booking. Exercise room very tight and exercise machine made loud noises. They offered us to cancellation after few hours. It was dark outside and coulnot changed to other hotel because of elderly family members. They offered us complimentary nuts/fruits and cracker to satisfy us. They had no idea how it was inconvenient to leave that hotel after 6 pm dark time. Never again this hotel.

2 complains about this property, water tank had an issue, and through the whole trip, brown hot water was on the pipes. As a result, I only took a shower with freezing cold water, also their swimming pool had problems and was out of water. I tried to speak to their manager, but no one has returned my calls up to today. I honestly, don’t think this place is a 5 star hotel, and 3 star with the condition of the property is a fair rating.

The good: Breakfast was a huge spread and very tasty. We saw people ordering as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and changed our room to a king, and brought us a folding bed for our daughter when we realized the standard was two twins and there was no way my husband and I would fit together. The bad: the restaurants and cafes were right outside and it was quite noisy. We could hear music and it was on a Wednesday. Our daughter went to swim in the pool but we learned that swim caps were required which she refused to wear.

The location is great, access by road is limited due to nearby busy shopping centre/restaurants and often restricted due to poor parking. Numerous restaurants / coffee shops on your doorstep. Not worth paying the extra for breakfast at the hotel with so much nearby choice at less than half the cost. Great spa facilities with a decent sized pool.

Absolutely stunning Hotel. I have been staying at this hotel every summer for the past 3 years. I absolutely fell in love with the hotel and feel so lucky to stay there. The staff is amazing and always helpful. The spa is very clean and the masseuses are just amazing, very professional!!! The food is very high of quality. Overall the hotel is very clean and has a very modern design. We had a car and had no problem parking. One of the things that I enjoy the most is the mall and all the dining options, coffee shops around the hotel, all walkable distance. Definitely recommend this hotel, I am looking forward for my next time there.

I think this experience was one of the most disappointing. A pricey '5' star hotel but barely reaches a 3 star. The room is not properly maintained/cleaned, with dust and stained mirrors, the bathroom has loads of scale, not even near 5 star as I said. The bed and pillows uncomfortable, even though offering 3 types of pillows, still did not match expectations. I paid to have breakfast additionally, poor choice and not tasty, regretting this extra, does not worth the money. It was really the first time I experienced that. The only good thing was that it was close to the hospital and the staff was lovely. Do not think I will come back.

The hotel is ok, staff are super nice, and location is amazing. The only drawback is the condition of hotel. We stayed for 6 days, upon check-in, the given room’s AC was broken and internet was super weak. Asked for a room change and the reception was kind to relocate us to an upper floor. AC was working but internet was terrible. It’s an ok hotel, 5 star hotel? No.

Biz Amerika konsolosluğu randevumuz için yakınlarda konaklamak için burada kaldık. Yeri kesinlikle çok iyi. Konsolosluğa yürümek 10-15dk falan, hemen dibinde Armada AVM ve bir sürü restoranlar mevcut. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Bizce her şey çok güzeldi. Tek gece konakladığımız için sorun olmadı fakat restoran tarafına bakan odada kaldık ve 13. katta olmamıza rağmen aşağıdaki fasıllı restoranlardan birinden 12ye kadar çok gürültü geldi.

Staff barely speak any English. When we tried to call for room service, we were told to call the receptionist. And even when we put the order in it came in wrong. So i dont think even the receptionist got the order right. We used the pool and the spa facility once and there were sign of black mold everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Otel gerçekten güzel. Temizlik konusunda tercih edilebilecek üst sınıf oteller arasında yer alıyor. Bir önceki konaklamamızda resepsiyonda görevli beyfendi çok yardımcı olmuştu. Ancak bu konaklamamda resepsiyon sınıfta kaldı. Check in yaparken önce smoke free odalar dolu olduğu için iki yataklı oda vereceklerini yatakları birleştirebileceklerini söylediler. Yaklaşık 4 saatlik bir müsade süresine rağmen otele döndüğümde işlem yapılmamıştı. İşim gereği sabah beşte check out yaparken resepsiyondaki hanımefendi beklemem gerektiğini o anda işlem yapamayacağını söyledi. Yıllardır envai çeşit otelde kalmış olmama rağmen hiç böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler otel giriş çıkış işlemleri konusunda acemi.

Hotel was great. Service was awful. I had to change my itinerary and stayed for only one night and got charged for 4 full nights. Spoke to staff who told me they would refund me for 2 nights and they never did. I would never stay at this hotel again. Stay away!

Nice stay in this hôtel, Little crispations from the staff they look like not used to foreigners!!!! Equipments in rooms need a real refresh, if you call the reception from room they don’t respond, you have to get once more to the reception desk, tv only Turkish programs, nobody tells you about internet connection WiFi until you ask!! The hotel surrounding are commercial center with plenty of good restaurants and shopping too. Good point in this hotel is cleanness, breakfast too plenty of choices. The bad note is about the staff they are not really used to 5 stars hotel business, they lack professionalism ( in my sens). Magnetic doors cards are disabled the morning before leaving so if you get out to have your breakfast, you can’t reach the room once more unless you get to the reception in order to activate it.!!!!!! The hotel is Worth 4 stars. When you're in a five star Hotel don’t talk about what will cost you this ans that !! You are here to have a nice stay and money is not a problem for you!! Still nice stay.

The hotel is quite good and of excellent value for the money. It is in a great location and hotel staffs are extremely nice. Be sure to check out the spa and Turkish bath. Truly great. I would not put a top rate for the restaurant because there are many great food out there. But if you do not want to walk, then you will find great comfort in dining in.
