Well located hotel. An easy ride from Seattle airport via the light rail and an easy walk for the waterside in Seattle. Hotel is quirky, lovely hotel bar and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a large selection to suit all. Hotel bathroom was spacious with lovely toiletries and plenty of clean towels. Only minus point was the cool welcome at reception which was a shame as the check out receptionist was lovely.

Lovely hotel in a very well restored, historic building. We had a nice-sized and well-appointed room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of food, drinking, culture and sightseeing within a short walk. A Link station is located across the street and 3rd Avenue serves as a bus mall, so access to transit is very convenient. The immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy, especially late at night. We saw people on the sidewalk smoking and injecting drugs.

Hotel is great, with wonderful staff. The area around the hotel is not very nice. I would not walk around at night with my kids. News just had an interview of a woman getting assaulted by a homeless woman last night.

This was a great location for visiting all areas of the city. It is close to the light rail and buses to travel wherever you need. It was an easy walk to the waterfront and all the activities there. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bar area is nice to sit in and read a book or have a drink.
