Upon arrival, the desk staff was unable to assist us. Although we had a digital key on our phone, gaining access was extremely difficult. Prior to arriving after a 30-hour drive, I emailed the manager regarding parking, as the listing had advertised on-site parking. However, none was available when we arrived. The manager emailed two addresses for parking: one was incorrect, and the other led to a lot several blocks away in an unsafe-feeling neighborhood. Once inside, the TV did not work. When I reported this, management promised someone would inspect it, but later stated it could not be fixed. While the apartment was well-equipped for a multi-day stay, the floors were dirty and the showerhead would not stay upright. I requested a $50 refund to compensate for the lack of TV and promised parking, but management has yet to issue any refund or response.

Digital check-in and phone based key access doesn't work reliably. After being able to access the room with some trial and error, the key access suddenly stopped working. The host did not respond to messaging on Hotels.com and via text but finally responded when I called. 15 minutes later a housekeeping person brought by two actual plastic card keys and we were able to access the room for the rest of our stay. It shouldn't have been this challenging or convuluted. Would not stay there until they come up with a better system for room access and check in.

They charge $50 extra for a crib. If you have a car, don’t rent there. There are no public parking around. I tried to contacting them via the chat (the only communication channel). No response, even after 2 days. Tried to book underground parking, no response.

I will start with the sole negative and that was that it was not easy to find as the rooms are inside a different hotel, the only way we managed to find it is via a sign on the other hotel’s reception that mentioned it not being check-in for WERFY, so we took a chance and got in the elevator and it turned out to be correct. Better instruction and/or signage needed. On the flip side, the communication from WERFY is very good, so if we had failed to find it they would have helped promptly. Onto the positives, the room was immaculately clean, very big and had all the amenities we needed including laundry facilities. The bed was quite comfortable. We had a city view balcony on the top floor and the view was incredible. The area is very nice and very safe, located next to a dog park which was nice.

Be aware, this is "fully and only digital check in process". these rooms likely are leased from Griffintown hotel, same building, elevators, etc. But we did not have access to hotel's parking garage, and hotel receptonist could not help is,with anything, instead giving tel number of WerFy; its operator could help us rather quickly. The room was rather neat and clean, thou.
