World Class Hotel - Istanbul Airport

The hotel is next to high speed road and the vehicles noise is very high in the room. At 7:30 am there was no bill boy to help with the luggage.

Inaccurate rating and information. This hotel was filtered in my search with several conditions: Airport shuttle and Breakfast included Hotel Transportation - exist but for a overcharging fee in comparing to regular Taxi service - Terrible + Not sure what happened but provided number in hotel description was not answering when I was trying to call several times after landing - no one was answering ~ 2- 3 PM and I was not able to get hotel staff to to answer my calls to arrange transportation. (Later I was found out that it was a good thing because what hotel is charging for transportation is way higher in opposite then you just use regular Taxi service and in not local currency but Euro. Breakfast it is a joke - I wish I could add picture of it, so you could have a health laugh looking on it... + if you would like a coffee or tee it is available for extra charge - hotel is advertising "Breakfast included" Terrible Disliked: cleanliness, property conditions, noise and dust everywhere +funky smell inside and in the room. Staff is friendly but not helping to overcome rest of the expectations, especially when it is rated @ 8,2 There is no way I would recommend or stay in this place one more time (at least based on current rating)

Top hôtel avant un transfert vers l'aéroport, a moins de 15 minutes. Personnel très aimables et serviables. Hôtel tout neuf, très propre. Une petite supérette a 1 minute à pieds. Ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais vous pouvez commander a manger. Je recommande !

There was no power at the property until 9 pm. Located far from everywhere.

It’s a 20 minute drive from IST. You need to negotiate cost of taxi because the drivers will try to get a lot more. For 2 people with luggage for a 430am pick up.. we got taxi for 175.00 LIRA. Hotel room was lovely and the staff were friendly. Clean reception / lift / room. Not soundproof.. you can hear clearly the other guests from the bathroom. Plus no peephole in the door. Beds were clean but very firm. There is a lovely store that sells Turkish delight just up the road and a couple of mini supermarkets if you need fresh fruit 😉. Price was right, hotel and room very clean. How much do you really sleep the night before a flight?!

Coming from the US we use a different type of plug and I wasn’t able to charge my mobile phone, Alhamdulilah the front desk clerk allowed me to use one front the front desk!

The room was fine, cleanliness was great. Staff were helpful. But the rooms are not sound proofed and you are in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants nearby and as the hotel does not have a restaurant this can be tricky.

Clean and modern. It seems like its all new. The staff is wonderful, welcoming nad helpful. Its 15 minutes from the airport and they arranged my pickup and drop off. Very convenient.

dead fly in sink, told me to check out at 12 when check out said 12:30 on expedia

Very clean hotel, near to the airport around 15min . Taxi cost us 160TL

The service at the hotel was good along with the design of the hotel but something smelled extremely bad in the room due to which we were not able to stay there longer.

Her şey harika, gerçekten bu çok önemli insanlar iyi resepsiyonla temizlik 10 numara.

La habitación es bastante pequeña.

I guess I shouldn't expect much for the price but this place is pretty dang uncomfortable all around. Bathroom is insanely small, no place to put your stuff, the sheets are scratchy, the mattress is terrible, and the two pillows you get are sad little pillows that wish they were never brought into this world. If you need something close-ish to the airport for a late night flight arrival, it can work, but I really wish I had just spent the cash to go straight to tomorrow's accomodations.

Odaların sıcaklığı çok iyiydi, kışın ortasında karda gitmemize rağmen hiç üşümedik. Temizlik yeterliydi. Kahvaltı yapmadığımız için kahvaltı hakkında yorum yapamam. Ama inanılmaz ses geliyor yan odalardan. Gece sesten dolayı 4’e kadar uyuyamadık. Ama müşterileri seçemiyorsunuz neticede. Terbiyesiz heryerde terbiyesiz.

Great stay. Was able to order in yummy food by way of reception. Helpful friendly staff. The walls are a little thin, so I recommend earplugs.

Staffs were very very rude and treating customers like their slaves. The area was unsafe to foreigners. I hope you never recommend to others.

Air conditioner very good and the hotel staff was very helpful and felt like they genuenly cared and wanted to help.

Die Unterkunft ist gut aber die Lage ist nur zum Flughafen Istanbul nah sonst zu allem weit weg.
