Avoid at all costs - Dirty, filthy, entire inn is disrepair and overpriced. The second floor room have so many bulkheads and poor design, that only 50% of the room is usable. Old AC& fridge, mold and rust in bathroom. Poorly managed inn. Management won't return calls, as they know this place is a disaster. At an expensive nightly rate, Isaiah Tubbs Resort only saving feature is a waterfront property everything else is terrible from staff, to accommodations, amenities etc. We booked three upgraded rooms together over a month in advance, only to be placed in three separate lodges far apart. The rooms felt tired and poorly maintained: low bulkheads forced us to duck, while two rooms had noisy appliances, fraying carpet and a musty smell. We also found mold on bathroom tiles, rust, poor ventilation and uneven floors. The showers had good pressure and hot water, but breakfast was not included at this ridiculous price, the pool was poorly situated and inconvenient, and management did not return our calls. Frontline staff seemed unable to address our concerns. For the price, we expected far better rooms, communication and service. I would not stay here again.

Terrible place avoid at all costs. It's overpriced at $358, dirty, poorly designed rooms on the second floor with numerous low bulkheads. Old AC and fridges, must small, rust and mold found in bathroom. Staff and management unhelpful to solve issues or won't even return calls. Everything about this place is terrible and mostly in disrepair. For the price, we expected far better rooms, communication and service. I would not stay here again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DIRTY, RUN DOWN, POOR SERVICE, OVERPRICE, POOR VALUE At $358 a night, our stay at Isaiah Tubbs Resort fell far short of what we expected from a resort. We booked three upgraded rooms together more than a month in advance, yet they were assigned across three different lodges. For a group booking, that was needlessly inconvenient. If nearby rooms were unavailable, we should have been told before arrival. The waterfront setting was lovely, and the showers had good water pressure and hot water. Unfortunately, those were the highlights. Low bulkheads in our second-floor rooms meant we had to duck in several places, making much of the space impractical to use. Two rooms had noisy, dated air conditioners and refrigerators, fraying carpet and a musty smell. We also noticed mold on bathroom tiles, rust around the vent and shower curtain, poor ventilation, uneven floors and worn furniture. Breakfast was not included at this price. The pool was inconvenient to reach from some rooms, and poor signage made it harder to find. When we raised our concerns, frontline staff did not appear empowered to resolve them, and our calls to management were not returned. For $358 per night, we expected clean, comfortable rooms and responsive service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is very simple. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but the air conditioning is old and noisy. I travelled with my family, 5 people in total, and the room/washroom wasn’t big enough for all of us. Very spotty WiFi connection and no smart TV. The shower towels are very small and the blanket was unusable (filled with holes). It's very close to the Sanbanks, but at the same time, far from restaurants and grocery stores. There is one restaurant at the hotel, It's good but expensive. The beach was dirty and poorly maintained. A lot of boat oil accumulated on the shore. The staff was great and helpful. We can’t complain about their services.
