The hotel is in a great location. Next to the walls of Topkapi palace. You can walk to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet in 2 minutes. We called 5 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. Mr. Emin met us on the road. He arranged parking for us. The whole team was very professional and helpful. They offered us coffee at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room had a sea view. And the price was very reasonable. It was a great experience.

Sehr sehr freubdlich wir hatten 16 Koffer die haben sie extra noch untergebracht. Für den Preis waren die Zimmer sauber. Wir haben nicht gegessen weil wir draußen essen wollten. Verstehen gut englisch und haben darauf bestanden die Koffer für uns zu tragen.

Arrived past midnight and they were able to arrange an airport transfer to the hotel to take the hassle put of arriving at that hour. 24/7 front desk who is always willing to help you and make a plan for the day. The boys at the front desk were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as recommendations for things to do in Istanbul. They upgraded our room to the family suite which was awesome. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and so many attractions as well as the tram. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend the property!

Leider waren die Betten nicht so gemütlich und Bettlaken nicht so sauber (Flecken vorhanden) und die Toiletten wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht (Haare waren vorhanden). Daher ist die Sauberkeit leider nicht so gut ausgefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut gewesen und die Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Very nice hotel; room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a lot of noise outside in the early morning. One of my windows would not stay shut for some reason so fixing that might resolve the situation. The hotel is walking distance to shops, food, and major tourist attractions.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.5 star for the customer service.helped us to get a local SIM and also booked few tours for us. Very clean and reasonably spacious room. Lots of restaurants near by, and taxi rank with in a minute walk, about 800lira to Istanbul airport. Thank you guys, you all awesome and made our stay very comfortable

The location is absolutely amazing, it's basically right behind the Hagia Sophia, the walk takes about 3-5 mins. It's beautiful to be able to just hangout around the two iconic mosques at any given time especially with low crowds at certain times. The concierge, Ali, was extremely friendly, helpful and you can ask him for any guidance.

Mine børnebørn var teenage piger, der værdsatte især markederne til indkøb af mode. Og de gode restauranter vi mødte langs sporvognslinien. Vi nød alle især en med helstegt lam i vinduet. Beliggenheden kun få skridt fra både Haya Sofia og den blå Moske perfekt.

I highly recommend staying here as it's centrally located, just a short walk from the Sultanahmet tram station. There's also a supermarket on the next street. I will definitely be coming back!

Stay was safe and comfortable. The staff hospitality was excellent, taking extra efforts to ensure all are needs were taken care. Hotel is at prime location, with less than 5 min walk to hagia Sofia and many eateries around. Rooms were clean and spacious. They also had their sweet shop which offered us discounts, for take aways.

He provided us with all the informations and arranged The PCR test and airport drop-off The Breakfast was nice and healthy It is not a 5 star hotel but it is best than 5 stars The area around the hotel is historical and full of tourists.. it is 24/7 open and many restaurants and activities to do I highly recommend this hotel When ever i visit IST it will be my place to stay I loved it 😍
