Address Istanbul draws strong praise for its modern, luxury feel, spotless spaces, and attentive staff, with many guests appreciating direct access to Emaar Square Mall and well-kept facilities like the pool, spa, and gym.

Rooms are described as spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with very good beds. Service is widely lauded, though several guests note curt or unhelpful reception interactions, slow follow-ups, and frustrations with deposit policies. The location favors the Asian side and shopping convenience, while trips to the European side or airports can be long; some also mention lounge closures, paid valet, occasional odors or highway noise, and higher food or breakfast prices. The hotel facilities are rooms and very nice, also the spa service and staff is amazing. However, and it’s a pity, friendliness and kindness of reception staff is very poor. It was like two worlds, hotel itself pretty nice but during check in the athnosphere was like checking in a 2 star hotel in Istanbul downtown. For such nice hotel and high price the experience should be complete, they need to train or change the staff at reception to be at the same level of the rest of the hotel. I might come back but got a “sweet and sour” feeling.

Hotel rooms and food are very nice. But the situation with parking we awful as we had to pay $25 dollars for valet parking. As a guest at the hotel I expect my car valet parking to be free in a five stars hotel. And additionally, the staff didn’t provide information upon arrival about extra charge for valet parking service. And ask to pay while checking out.

A lovely hotel, always stay at the address in dubai and Istanbul is no different if not better! Great service, spacious modern rooms. Unfortunately only 1 day at the hotel was not enough but was great! Location is on the asia side so further away from all the tourist attractions however nice to see this side of the city. Emaar square accessible from the hotel. Amazing shopping mall and restaurants all close by. Used the pool at the hotel and had amazing views and a lovely clean pool.
