This Hotel is in the heart of the city,Close to all the restaurants,Cafes and tram stations It’s very busy dustheap the day but beginning to quiet down by 9:00 pm Peaceful,clean and safe place Breakfast was so so nothing to write home about it I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We wanted to stay near the Grand Bazaar in a non chain hotel. This fit the bill very well. The street in front is closed to cars after 10am, so we did have to walk about 300 meters from the taxi with our bags. Room was very quiet. Couldn’t even hear the calls to prayer when we slept.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und fanden es super, man muss dazu sagen das wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und mal zum frisch machen ins Hotel gekommen sind. Die Zimmer (1515) sind groß und modern. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen dazu kann ich leider nichts sagen. Personal war immer nett. Ich würde dieses wieder buchen.

Very poor customer service. There was a wifi issue when I arrived during check in time and the receptionist told that they would send somebody to check. I had to go downstairs to check when I found out no body was going to show up. When asked for bottle of water, the receptionist guy had asked me to get the water from the cooler in the dining area (lower floor from reception). What kind of customer service is this?? Disappointed with the overall stay. I would recommend you to hire more people and train on customer service instead of overworking the existing staffs. As for proximity to the tram it is good.

This was a dissapointing stay. I unfortuately miscalculated the lira exchange and accidentally booked a very expensive room - over tripple what i thought I was paying. The booking was no cancelation however the point is that the grand sirkeci is getting my $500. Given i have been a loyal customer having stayed here for 7 nights already and another 2 planned, i would have hoped a solution could have been worked out.

Location was perfect - maid Emel was not only efficient she was friendly, charming & made my stay feel more homey - young lady receptionist was ever so helpful & pleasant - young barista was so cute & endearing - l stayed 2 weeks & was very happy - sorry I cannot remember all names - would definitely recommend
