I really did not understand how to communicate with anyone. I never saw one person who worked there. I did hate the stairs. It was a great hotel but I wish there were more direction in the room about the bar in the lobby area.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. That being said, it’s a music venue downstairs. If you don’t like some muffled noise, it’s not the place for you. If you don’t mind some muffled noise it’s a totally cute and funky little gem!

As long as you aren’t someone requiring total silence to sleep The Crocodile is a super cool, quirky place to call home in Seattle for quick access to the waterfront, Pike Place Market, night life, the Space Needle, etc. Large and quirky rooms. Worked perfectly for us for one night before hopping on the Victoria Clipper from Pier 69.

We didn’t read thoroughly enough in your details (it’s there I now know) that there wasn’t a public elevator for us to or our suitcases. When we arrived, they put it in a private elevator and went up and we walked up the steps now. (thank goodness we could walk up steps) We explained when we needed to get on the ferry the next morning, stupid early. They apologized. It’s all cool. Just know there is no elevator. It’s a lovely hotel and it’s the vibe is amazing but the one caveat - no elevator. Cheers!
