The room was not that good, the bed was pretty bad, the place smells marijuana everywhere. The shower and the parking weren't too bad. I don't think I would recommend it.

First and foremost, The entire stay was very upsetting 😡. Not only was the hotel informed of a late arrival 4 Days in advance. I arrived in the evening around 8 p.m. and not only was the room not ready they said I would have to wait because the room they gave me was in a total disaster bed sheets and bathroom were both filthy. The room was The room that they gave me

Have to program key cards daily. Needed clean sheets upon arrival. No lock on bathroom door. Takes multiple attempts to use key cards. Waited over an hour for toilet paper. Asked for plunger, that never arrived. No screen in window, window was open.(2nd floor) queen beds on smaller bed frames, bed against a/c unit. All metal doors painted. Hard to open/shut. Outlets destroyed. TV screen/ remotes damaged. Whole location smelled of Marijuana. Every guest went to front desk with complaints. No phones in rooms to call front desk. No one answers the only phone number listed for hotel. Room was filthy. Wall paper peeling. Bath towels for 1 person. We had 4 people in our room. Shower glass door doesn't shut. Water gets everywhere. One luggage cart for entire hotel. Paid over 500 dollars 3 days 2 nights no refund amount given . Hotels.com gave us an 80 dollar credit. Would not return to this location ever.

The only positive on this stay was that it was close to the UBS arena. The location was sketchy, the front desk was not even able to hold bags prior to check-in time, asked for bottle water as the vending machine only took cash and i just had a credit card, the floor was sticky, the shower door didn’t stay closed, the room temp was cold at times and others too stuffy, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. The price was too high for the quality of product. The lights out front don’t all turn on; the facility did not smell well. Very disappointing
