The good: the hotel is clean, modern, in a good location, and has a very well lit parking lot. The rooms are spacious, and the shades do a great job of blocking out the light. Our room had a full refrigerator, a wet bar, and real dishes and glasses. The breakfast food choices are good, and it’s available som 6-10 am every day. The coffee is weak, but that’s sadly the norm for these chain hotels. The bad: the walls are thin. The guests in the room next to us arrived at 3 am and proceeded to have a loud conversation for the next half hour. Their small dog (a pug, as it turned out) barked, too. (This hotel allows dogs.) The same couple’s pug pooped all over the lobby the next morning (we saw that lovely sight while eating breakfast). At least they picked the poop up. The breakfast room was also taken over by a couple of large family groups with lots of noisy kids, but I attribute that to holiday travel.

Mainly , I talked to a gentleman 2days before getting here. Now I live 22 miles from here, I booked this hotel for the price and the pool my 3 grand daughters I take to a hotel to swim that’s the reason we are here.. it’s our time together!! The gentleman told me the pool was open and I also asked how deep etc… we get here and it’s closed.. my 3 girls were so upset, they were so excited to swim…I tried to get Expedia to cancel my room but could not get anyone to help me there.. and by the way I couldn’t get the girl at the desk to tell me what the room cost was , I didn’t get a receipt she said that would come from Expedia I thought that was weird.. so I get a suite not knowing if I was getting the price I booked.. booked a standard room 2beds..etc.. to go swimming I then had to travel to Muleshoe Texas 30 miles away so these girls could swim.. I won’t stay at a Hilton again.. everything is lovely but I am very disappointed in the way it was handle. They acted like it was no big deal to go swimming somewhere else, I am not one to complain but I’m a grandma with limited income and plan accordingly. I try my best not to disappoint them …

GREAT hotel if you have to go to Clovis New Mexico. Very modern, clean, has a nice gym, and pool. Staff was great and they were super nice helping us correct an additional fee that was applied in error.

I feel hotels that are pet friendly shouldn't have carpet in the rooms. We had 3 so im extremely grateful for that! All in all we had a great visit. I love the friendly gesture with the water bottles in the little bags and the chocolate chip cookies. Ive been to home 2 hilton in nebraska and they gave a little doggie bags to the pets.

Very nice hotel! Beds were comfortable, room was large with double beds, sofa, kitchenette, plenty of light and quiet. Great place if you’re traveling with your fur-babies!! The only thing they should add is a poop station with turf in the back of the hotel for guests pets.

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the shower, on the floor and the counter tops. There were no towels in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get towels for the room.

I have never been in a dirtier hotel. We got in at 1:00 am and bounced arou d to 3 different filthy rooms until we decided to just leave and get a different hotel. Ive never been so grossed out.

This was a very well managed property. Great continental breakfast, accommodating staff, surrounded by lots of dining options. We had two wires beds and a pullout sofa, which nicely accommodated a family of 5. Lots of counter discs in the room for bags.

All staff members were friendly and personable! The room was spectacular! Very clean, plenty of outlets for phones, tablets, etc. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options. Will look for Home 2 Suites on future travels

This is the second time I have stayed here and it’s always beyond expectations. Everybody goes out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable, fun stay. Sydney at the front desk made sure that I had a cart and water, and she sent Robert from maintenance when I had trouble with the blinds in my room. He was courteous and prompt and fixed it right away. Jason, a manager, was extra helpful, and even made a couple of copies for me because I was in a hurry for work. I will always stay at this beautiful hotel when I am in Clovis!

Checked me in under wrong name room was to be on 1 st floor king bed was in 3rd floor two queens corrected error. Could not purchase soda?? Then charged $20 extra for incidentals will refund? Room was nice.

I love this hotel, biut the wifi connectivity is surprisingly bad. Rooms have ethernet cables available for hard-wired internet, but they work about 50 percent of the time. Other than that, love the hotel and the location, across the street from the excellent Pacific Rim rsstaurant.

The property was nice, room clean and comfortable. We were told breakfast was from 6am-10am, and yet at 9am there wasn't anything left for breakfast but some dirty counters, dirty dishes and empty containers. Not even a drop of coffee.
