Disappointing stay. The rooms feel outdated with poor ventilation and non-functional AC. We had to switch rooms initially due to a heavy cigarette odor, and the baby bed provided was practically falling apart. While the personnel were kind and accommodating, the hotel itself needs a total overhaul of its equipment. Not the standard I expect from the Hilton brand.

we booked 11 rooms as company including myselfs all rooms were not clean and towels were used and bedsheets are smelly like used before someone. Booked non smoking room but room heavily smelling of cigarette
