Room cleaning service was great. Sound travels, I could hear people entering rooms that were several rooms away. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel although parking spaces were tight and limited to approximately 8 spaces

For me, the most important things are a firm and comfortable bed and pillows, soft bedding, and good shower water pressure with hot water coming quickly. if a hotel meets these three needs, I will choose to stay again. breakfast is a nice bonus. I also prefer a room with central air conditioning .

Stayed 3 nights

Leo was very rude, no signs posted on daily car parking! Then they said 1st come first serve!! No signs!! Mei ling was very helpful to get us hotel after driving around for 2 hours. She was very pleasant. We could have lost room.. Apparently gentleman at front desk didn't know where he was or how to get us there on 1st night!! We drove around, no parking in area. Awful.

Stayed 4 nights

Stayed 4 nights during the US Open. Paid a premium, but all hotels in the area were charging premium prices, so I am not reviewing price/value. Positives - great location proximate to both BJK Tennis Complex and Citi Field, and downtown Flushing, free breakfast (but see below for more), nice towels, adequate air conditioning, decent bed and pillows. Negatives - place is very run down (flooring is cracked and rugs are worn, etc.), very limited AC outlets (e.g., mini fridge is connected with an extension cord), room is small without seating area, TV is very limited. About the breakfast - there were cheap pastries, a waffle maker, plain bagels and white bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, and oranges and apples. Also Chinese rice porridge (jook) and a pickled vegetable dish, and sometimes fried Chinese doughnut sticks (yao tiu). The coffee was decent, and there were some fruit juices. That's about it. So, I could fill my stomach, but it wasn't very good and the selection was meager. Bottom line, I think there are better options a couple of blocks farther (walking) from the tennis and baseball, also in downtown Flushing. And, if you're taking the LIRR, the other hotels may be closer to the station.

Stayed 2 nights

Hotel was dated, room carpet and blinds stained, ceiling stained and wall paper peeling. Mattress was soft and lumpy and foot end was higher than the head side. Breakfast was strange, not stocked. Checked out early after one night.
