We drove from Virginia to see family in Pennsylvania and when we checked in nobody told us that the pool wasn’t working and that was the whole reason we chose this hotel it was because I had an indoor pool for children

Can concur with the other positive reviews, this looks to be a newer building and thus cleaner overall with up to date room amenities. Pool was in a heated room, water was clean but a bit chilly (this seems to be common among hotels). If in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled strongly of horrible cleaner, the carpet between the beds was soaking wet with some sort of brown liquid, the air conditioner smelled of mold when running, and the continuous fan setting did not work, also very noisy from other rooms and doors slamming and people talking.

We stayed overnight as we passed through the area. The check-in and checkout process was quick and simple. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast items and the woman working the breakfast area was very nice and did a great job keeping up. Sits up on a hill away from the main road. The only complaint I have is thay the walls appeared very thin. The people on the one side of us were loud and we could hear every word of their conversation. We could also hear them walking around and moving stuff in their room. Other than that, overall the hotel was very nice.

Very nice people. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Terrible environmental choices: styrofoam plates and cups, plastic cutlery, individually wrapped plastic cups in the room. Extremely loud air conditioner (on in April!!) and no way to turn it to a lower setting without turning it off. Very bad light blocking curtains and very bright lights outside.

I got into an accident in the morning during a cross-country travel. I asked to tow driver to bring me to the hotel. The staff, especially the front desk person during the work week, were so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was more impressed with Doreen's customer service skills. She's so nice and accommodating. She made sure to give us a first floor room (without us asking) because of our two small children; she was being considerate of them running around and bothering other guests, while making sure we could get to our room easier at the same time. She let us check in early and when she found out the nature of our visit (funeral), she gave us gold fish to keep the kids occupied during the service.
