Upon arrival, I was welcomed , the decor was welcoming and warm. I enjoyed the whirlpool. With the extended hours, I was able to relax both evening and morning, we went to breakfast and there was many choices! My favorite is sausage gravy over eggs. There was also almond milk, WOW!

The pool and hot tub were lovely, clean and well-maintained. I didn’t use the small gym, but it had a few different machines and looked fine. The (free) breakfast was okay; there was good variety and pleasant service from the attendant, but it generated a lot of waste from the disposable plates. I didn’t sleep very well because the bed was softer than my taste. Otherwise I enjoyed my overnight stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

This was a great choice for a quick overnight on a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was satisfying. The pool was very small and the water awfully cloudy. Location was convenient to the interstate and multiple restaurants.

We decided to splurge on a nicer hotel with pool/hot tub/breakfast. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was murky and the bottom seemed a little slimey, the breakfast was ok, and our bedroom shower didn’t drain. Other than that, everything was fine. But surprisingly lackluster based on the other reviews here and what I would expect from a Best Western Plus.

The front end staff was kind and efficient. However, overall the hotel could use a good cleaning. At a first glance, the surface appeared clean, but the hallways and rooms smelled and had a stitch of years of imbedded dirt. The night stand had a sticky ring from a sugary drink, that was not wiped down from the previous guest. If the night stands were overlooked, you can’t help to think what else was not cleaned. It’s understood if a remodel is not in the budget, but at a minimum the carpets need a good shampoo and hard and soft surfaces need to be disinfected. I typically don’t have the time to provide reviews. This review was intended to enlighten the owners of my experience as a guest only. Hopefully they will read this and be inspired to take this constructive feedback and make the improvements for your future guest.

The hotel is well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a strange odor when we entered the room but within a few minutes it was no longer noticeable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were okay. The exercise room had decent equipment but both pubilc restrooms near the exercise room were out of order and were screwed shut so during a workout you we had to go back up to our room on the third floor to use the facilities. Breakfast was fresh and hot and there was a decent variety of options.

The room was clean and nice. I had two issues. The bathroom lighting was dim and not bright enough. The other was with the TV. The volume on the TV was either broken or malfunctioning as I had to have the volume turned all the way up to 85 which was the max and could still barely hear it. Also, for a hotel chain like Best Western to not have HD was kind of surprising and annoying.

The a/c did not work in the first room so they moved us to a different room. My biggest issue, though: Coffee. The dining area did have a Nescafé machine available during breakfast service but that is nasty stuff; it hardly qualifies as the real thing. Come on, Best Western…This country runs on coffee. For the price of the rooms, it’s crazy to have to leave the hotel to get a cup!

Excellent stay overall. Only problem was that we wanted to check in at 3:00 as Hotels.com stated we could. But we could not check in even at 3:30 and no one could say when we would be able to. This made our itinerary a bit messed up. We ended up changing things up and checked in at about 9:45 that night. Not the end of the world but aggravating. Other that that everything was very good. We have stayed here a few other times. nice hotel overall.

This is our 4th year in a row staying here for our annual girls trip. The breakfast and staff are always great. The hotel is in a great location for travelers...near enough to the highway while still far enough that noise isn't a problem. Quiet, clean, comfy beds, excellent front desk staff. My only complaint would be to improve the coffee service in the breakfast room. An auto-drip pot would be far superior to the machine thats currently in use.
