Bara turkiska kanaler på tv. När vi frågade kunde dom inte hjälpa oss. Turkiska är svårt. Serverade inte öl eller vin i baren. Om det skall ansas vara en internationellt hotell får man tänka om. Fantastisk utsikt från frukostaltanen, men den var stängd på kvällen så man kunde inte gå upp och se på solnedgången. ter stjärnor bedömer jag standarden komma upp i.

Love this boutique hotel, exactly what I wanted it to be. Small, personable, spacious, well decorated in traditional Ottoman Empire style. Loved the central area, great location, not over crowded or touristy like the old center. If they will open the bar on the roof at night it will be completely perfect.

Excellent decor and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff, location was great with plenty opportunities of gift shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the city. The rooms were advertised bigger than they in fact measured, however I still will rate as excellent. I hope I will go back if the price will be fare.

Great location, incredibly accommodating staff, convenient breakfast (Turkish style) served by smiling people. No lunch or dinner on premises. Room is in a Turkish style, spacious with windows with a view of the area rooftops. Linens are old and need replacement, bathroom towels deserve to be thrown out: they are so old. For the price they charge rooms should be better maintained.

The location of the hotel is fantastic very convenient. The room design looked beautiful and regal, The staff have been great unfortunately room 505 (sultan Fatih room) that we stayed at had damp on the corner and the room was very cold, when I came in windows was fully open all the cold draft have come in. I had to get it to a desired temperature and also the shower was blocked, apart from that I would say everything was okay.

While the area is convenient and close to Istiklal street, it was very noisy and you cannot keep the window open. Even when closed you still hear horns and music from cars. Rooms very small. They combine two twins to make a queen which is uncomfortable. We switched rooms at first because the mattress was not comfortable. The second room was a bit better but not by much. The facility is just old and worn out. The curtains were torn and the room (bathroom and shower) faucets and bidet were falling apart, We stayed there for 6 days, if I had not prepaid and had the luxury of leaving I would have left. I would not be returning to this hotel.

The birthday surprise the staff had made for her in the room was incredibly thoughtful and truly made her day unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the hotel was spotless, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, which is a beautiful example of true Turkish hospitality. Exceptionally good breakfast with plenty of fresh options and great variety, served with a wonderful view. The location was also excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for me and my daughter, we will absolutely remember this stay with gratitude.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Taksim ist gleich um die Ecke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Was nicht so toll war, die Badewanne hat einen Stoffvorhang und WC ist gleich hinter einer Glastür mit Motiven. Wenn Licht an ist, sieht man leider durch.

Wonderful hotel with traditional sumptuous Turkish decor, in a great central location within easy walking distance to key sights and Karikoy ferries. We stayed in a Delux double room with Golden Horn view, which was superb, and the view simply stunning. Hotel staff, particularly reception staff, were super helpful and professional, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are good sized, and all the staff from reception to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast room are incredible. The location is good - right by a subway station and lots of bars and restaurants. The down side is people are partying until 3 am and the horn honking is incessant. You'll need earplugs if that bothers you.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Very convenient location just steps from the metro station. Very unique property with a lot of history and Turkish vibes. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Hands down to it!! Specially Hakam. He was very professional, always trying to help, giving guidance about the city, very knowledgeable in terms of places. He definitely makes a difference being at the front desk. Always going above and beyond in order to make our stay more enjoyable. I traveled with my wife a kids and they couldn’t love more our stay at Istanbul in this awesome hotel. Will definitely stay again in our next trip to this beautiful country.

Around the corner you find the train station, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. The view to the city was beautiful. I would definitely come back.
