Well situated with access to bus, boat terminals and private taxis. Property is beautiful and all the staff are lovely. The spa is wonderful and massages were fantastic! My only sideline would be the air freshener used in lobby area is very strong. Must add the view from rooms are a beautiful tribute to the Bosphorus. I was on 8th floor.

Room was very large and comfortable - we had a prestige suite, however everything in the hotel from a drink to a massage was very expensive, about £12 for a small beer and £18 - £20 for a glass of wine and for the prices that were charged the service should have been better, I had to phone to get the room cleaned one day as it had been missed. Pool and gym were as good as if not better any I have seen in a hotel. Overall very smart on the surface but needs some improvement on service.

AMAZING PROPERTY! We booked and it was so late we had to check in at 1am. Manager was nice enough and had us check in at that time. She made a huge difference for us since we were able to sleep and explore the city in less than 24 hours. Breakfast is totally worth it and so abundant in choices. Facilities are spectacular and I will definitely return to this hotel during NYE later this year. I loved the location, super central to many spots. Room service was on point too. :)

This is a VERY nice hotel, on par with a Ritz. Service level is exceptional. The rooms are much wider than what appears in the pics. Found that most of the sites we wanted to see were on the southern peninsula, but that area was very very busy and not where we would want to stay. This area is much better and the sites are easily accessible via trains or buses (was warned by locals that taxis will take advantage of tourists and charge more or take longer routes). The restaurants on site allow smoking so we left without eating because they were so full of smoke. Having the Bosporous view was worth it.

The is a good hotel , pricey , the Main disadvantage which was critical to us was the Mosque right adjacent to the hotel which u can see from the window , we could not sleep well bcs the prayer starts daily at around 4 am with the load speakers .

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir waren bereits öfters in Istanbul & haben das Hotel wegen der zentralen Lage und dem Wellnessbereich ausgewählt. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgesprochen gut & man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Der Taksim ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick hochwertig. Allerdings müsste überall angefangen von den Zimmern einmal renoviert werden, da alles in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat alles was man braucht. Auch die Öffnungszeiten bis 22 Uhr sind toll. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht wie gewünscht ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer und direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug, was jede Nacht für Unruhe gesorgt hat. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr hellhörig. Beim Check out hätten wir gerne diese Erfahrungen mitgeteilt. Die Dame am Empfang hatte aber leider kein Ohr für uns und hat sich dafür nicht interessiert. Alles in allem. Keine 5* sondern eher 4* und die Getränke sind maßlos überteuert! Cappuccino 7€, Cocktails 20€, …

Good hotel no question and nice views and I recommend it but don’t expect an an exceptional above and beyond service. Nice rooms and bathroom. I sleep early and the music was load every night that’s the only thing I didn’t like . So don’t stay on the high floors

Okej hotell. Bönetorn precis utanför fönstret med dålig ljudisolering vilket ledde till att man vaknade varje morgon vid 04:30. Förväntar mig mer av ett hotell i denna kaliber I ett av våra rum fungerade inte golvvärme och när vi sa till om detta gjordes inget åt det. Vid utcheckning sa de att vi borde sagt till men det gjorde vi efter första natten av 5 och personal var på rummet för att fixa utan lycka.

It's been over a month since my stay at CVK and they still have not reimbursed my deposit (400 EUR). Nor are they responding to messages about this. Inexcusable. I will never stay there again and I recommend everyone else be wary of their deposit practices.

I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Thx to Suzan, Esra, Sara, and others on front desk that helped me and my family throughout our stay. Especially thankful for the late 2:30pm checkout given. This hotel has a great location with fantastic views of the Bosphoros from the hotel lobby and especially the breakfast and dinner areas. No need to pay for a view, as you wont be in your room much anyway. Istiklal St, and Taksim Sq are 5 minutes walk away. Sultanahmet is a 15 minute taxi ride.

Not sure how this hotel had such great reviews, it was terrible. More like a 3 star hotel at best. The power in my room continuously went out - I reported it every time, they never sent anyone to fix it. There’s only one power socket in the bathroom and it’s labeled “shavers only,” so I called guest relations to confirm that I could use it for other plug ins, the Manager advised me to use it - it broke my hair curler. I let them know, they also didn’t care. Generally speaking, the hotel is on a hill, which makes walking difficult. We had to use taxis throughout the stay (but don’t use the hotel’s taxis because they charge 2x on the meter). There’s a metal detector & xray machine upon entry, and they check you every time (even if you’re carrying food). You can’t use the pool unless you buy a hair cap (it’s strictly an indoor pool). There are no room/bathroom amenities, if you want anything you have to call over and over to guest relations to ask them to send it to you (i.e. cotton swabs, shaver, qtips, slippers, etc). Also surprised at how little the staff knew English, even the Front Desk Manager barely spoke a sentence. Overall, 0/10. Run!

Loved staying at the CVK Park Bosphorus ! Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious, tons of wonderfully helpful staff everywhere. It’s a wonderfully designed hotel with great amenities. In addition to all of this, it has a fantastic location. Walkable to everywhere from Taksim Square, Istikbal Street, Dolamabahce Palace, and many others. Highly recommend !

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, giving us a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, which made sightseeing easy. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations and even helped organize tours for us. I stayed at CVK Park in a two bed apartment suite. The hotel is really well located for Taksim/Istiklal Street which is less than five minute walk away. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and in good condition. The amenities are good and hotel food is okay especially in the Izaka Terrace though every item is extremely overpriced and expensive. Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed in and I would return happily.
