I’ve stayed here several times. The motel is very outdated and some items appeared to be broken such as the hairdryer. I would also have liked to have a “do not disturb” sign for the door, but other than that I enjoyed my stay. I love that it’s affordable and faces the ocean within steps to the beach. I love Rockaway and will always come back. When looking up the motel, I did see they’re doing renovations. I can’t wait to come back after the renovations have been completed for an even more comfortable experience! The staff is always accommodating. I went to the lobby looking for some tea and they had tea and coffee for guests. There is also a pool, but I have never used it so I can’t comment on that. Keep up the great work! :)

Booked a NON PET room but got a PET ROOM instead lol. Dog hair and dog toy under the couch. Overall not too bad. A couple minutes walk down to the beach.

The rooms were big and spacious with necessary appliances, giving them an apartment type feel. The only downside is they replaced their luggage drop off at the front desk for those checking in really early with a gift shop.
