Tantramar Motel

What guests think

Most guests describe Tantramar Motel as a simple, older roadside stop with exceptionally friendly hosts and generally clean rooms, while noting dated decor, occasional maintenance issues, and mixed value perceptions ranging from economical stopover to feeling overpriced.

Beds are generally comfortable and many guests found it quiet for a night's rest. The location is close to the highway and on the outskirts, convenient for road trips and exploring nearby sights, though nearby services can be limited. Reviews also note limited on-site amenities, with no breakfast or restaurant and inconsistent in-room coffee availability. Expect a basic, no-frills stopover.

Slitt Motel.

Its close by highway ,the greeting was perfect , was welcomed by a cute guard dog , Very friendly and typical lobby inside ,Several room types yo choose from. Wasnt busy the day I booked. Rooms are normal size , its like going back in time. Comes with standard anemeties. Bathrooms small but nofmal size for area. Overall it was very quiet and felt very safe. Would recommend to anyone driving by looking for a quiet place to stay. Drive up to rooms style hotel

We were pleasantly surprised with this little family run motel. Our room and property were very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean, lots of space, soundproof and comfortable beds. Additionally the motel is in a perfect location to explore both NS and NB sides of the Bay of Fundy. Highly recommend!

Only need a little renovation with bathroom but not bad. Very clean room and owners are there to respond and fulfill your every request. Sweet couple and nice hotel near highway, gas station and 3 min from downtown’s famous Painted Pony Steakhouse. If, like me, you want to visit P.E.I. by motorcycle, or car, this hotel is only 65km from confederation bridge. I, personnaly, had enough time to visit a few places while also riding along the coastal panoramic route 6, and get back to the Tantramar Hotel for a good rest before packing the next morning for another destination.
