Good location - easy to access from highway and close to everything- nice view - clean and quiet property- friendly staff - pleasant breakfast area - stairs to second level would be an issue if traveling with heavy luggage - great for an overnight stay in the area

I visited Bouctouche for the Akadi Lumina sound and light experience and spent a night at this hotel. The check-in process went smoothly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I recommend taking a room on the ground floor if your knees don’t do well on stairs. I recommend this accommodation without reserve and will stay here again.

Field berries bigger than I have ever seen ... covering the grounds outside. Tim Hortons and Irving eco dunes and arboretum and marina all nearby - some within a 25 min walk. Lots of parking. Grocery store nearby has everything even vegan chocolate, lol. Staff are friendly and bilingual. Don't stay long - they don't deep clean, only renew sheets and toiletries. Yucky. It's an auberge ...

Each staff member we had the pleasure of meeting during our 4 night stay was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We were always addressed with a smile and a warm greeting! The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean, with lots of extra pillows! The ONLY thing missing is a coffee maker in the rooms. We come prepared with our own so it wasn’t a problem, but guests should be prepared. Of course there IS a Tim Horton’s very close to the hotel. Highly recommend this great hotel, and commend their wonderful staff!!!

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Beds and pillows comfortable, mini-fridge and microwave in room very useful; our fridge did not have a freezer compartment, so our icepacks were kept in the cafeteria’s main freezers. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants, close to town center, short drive to beaches, etc, but don’t expect a view or nice surroundings, it’s by the highway.

The location is excellent.I loved that the Auberge is so close to downtown Bouctouche and major attractions and yet so conveniently located to the highway so we could easily find our way in and out of Bouctouche.Even though it is close to highway,it is far enough back that it was very quiet. There is a Tim Horton's very close to the hotel and we could see Pays de la Saguoine from our window. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.Although the decor was a little dated, our room was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was a great size and we both had a great sleep. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices. The lady serving the breakfast was very friendly and efficient at her job. We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back again in the near future. We visited the farmer's market on Saturday morning and it was great. The highlight of our trip was visiting Pays de la Saguoine and its nightly light show, "Akadi Lumina".(check ahead for times and dates as it is seasonal)Also,we loved walking on the Dunes. So much to enjoy in this small town!
