The hotel staff welcomed us and answered any questions we had about the area from museum questions to places to eat. The availability of the free shuttle made getting around very easy the drivers were incredibly friendly. I would absolutely stay at Marriot Courtyard University Circle again anytime I am in Cleveland.

The hotel was lovely, with large, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, I was a bit put off by the fact that we had to use the valet parking with no choice to self park and were required to pay the valet fee, which was not an insignificant amount. If they can only accommodate valet parking, it would be nice to have this cost covered like hotels in other major cities have offered us.

No breakfast provided. Not even a cup of coffee. Parking is $25 and you stand and wait for your car. We stay in Cleveland a lot. There are several nearby hotels with free parking, complimentary breakfast and free coffee. Over night rate is higher here. We will head back to other hotels that are a better value.

Very convenient to Case Western and Cleveland University Hospital Systems. Shuttle service and valet very prompt. Staff pleasant and helpful. Wifi good but cellular connection for phone use very spotty with my carrier (Verizon). Housekeeping needs more attention to shower floor, but overall a clean property. Plenty of close dining options other than the hotel cafe.

Transportation from the Cleveland Airport is difficult and expensive. A shuttle would be an excellent thing. We didn’t get housekeeping service for our room (refresh towels, empty trash,etc) for our 2 day stay.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. One has to request the service explicitly. Had to request for replacing towels, coffee, etc. No water bottles in the room, no coffee in the lobby, etc. not an experience that I had in any other Marriot hotels. Not worth the money. Location is the good one if u are visiting CWRU.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. However there was mold on the clear plastic shower curtain and in several places in the bathroom. The toilet seemed to have not been cleaned and had a smear on the edge. I feel like this hotel is very close to the hospital and takes advantage of grieving families by charging for things that other hotels include in the price.

We had requested a room with a bathtub but when we checked in they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. We returned the evening of our first night, the room had not been cleaned. We requested fresh towels and complained and were told that we should have asked for a refresh but they hadn’t mentioned that when we checked in. The sink didn’t drain, the faucet was loose and they ran out of hot water. When we mentioned all of that at checkout, all They offered was “ I’m sorry.” Would not recommend this hotel.

bed is not comfotable, schimg my back as I woke up in the morning. the TV setting is 90 degree against the bed, that meangs you have to swing the Tv 90 degree to watch TV. May be the room 519 we had is very small. May be It should be rated 2 stars instead 3 Which I give generously.

Bedroom was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was tiles making it easy to clean. No shower curtain to fuss about with just a beautiful clean glass wall for the shower. Pleasant stay.

Your bartender was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met on all of my travels and I travel a lot. Other than that, your location and your stay was good the $25 a day for parking for valet. If you don’t use it is the extreme if you ask me.

The dinner menu in the restaurant is EXTREMELY limited. They were out of hamburger and cheese all 3 nights we were there. So 2 of the "dinner" offerings (hamburgers and grilled cheese sandwich) were not available. One night we ordered in pizza from the down the street and ate it in the dining room. It seemed that this was the regular practice because we saw many people brining in food from outside to eat in their dining room. The woman working in the restaurant was very friendly and tried her best to give good service.

This hotel is great. You have to pay to park but the valet service was great. There is no free breakfast but the breakfast at the hotel was great and not too expensive. The location is close to everything and you must use your key to get in at all times so it is super safe.

Check in was amazing but after that it went downhill. Was told it was okay to park there when we went to the game and once I received. my bill I was charged twice when I was told it wasn't an issue. Restaurant wasn't as described it had over priced limited choices. Disappointed and will never stay here agin for future games.
