This hotel had no water overnight due to a repair but we were given no advance notice of this. When we arrived we were told water would be unavailable from 10 pm to 5:30 am and we would have to use bottled water. There wasn’t enough water in the room to flush the toilet and when we asked for more we still weren’t brought enough. Absolutely unacceptable to be charged almost $300 for a room with no water.

property was clean, rooms were clean, staff was nice and helpful. need your room key to access the building at night and the floor which makes me feel more comfortable. parking is a little tight and expensive but overall a great experience. Had a corner room with a wrap around balcony and the views were great and it was nice to be able to go out there at night, shockingly it was quiet to be in downtown.

Great hotel. Great location. Went to Austin to tour the UT campus and watch UT football. Hotel is just 2 blocks from the campus and a little bit more to the stadium. All within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

We loved our second stay here! The hotel staff are professional and the breakfast was amazing. The room had abundant space and thoughtful touches. We were so close to Moody Center we walked home after the show. Will be returning!
