The location suits sightseeing and transport, with T1 tram, Galata Port and Galata Bridge/İstiklal within easy reach, plus countless cafes and bars; a few guests struggled with late‑night noise. Rooms tend to run small and some beds feel narrow, though a handful reported larger layouts. Facilities are basic and currently affected at times by renovations, with reports of hot‑water fluctuations, sporadic lift or Wi‑Fi issues, and AC or power problems; breakfast has been served in a nearby venue and was well liked. Expect a budget‑friendly, central base with welcoming service and compact comforts.

+Temizlik standart seviyedeydi.

Ansonsten alles weitere super

We loved our stay at Le Port / Zeno Suites. The staff were polite, management very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished so the first room we got was smelling of paint and they changed us into another room immediately. There were a few occasions where the lift and WiFi weren’t working but they resolved it soon. Only thing that needs improvement is the water gets cold quickly. That needs looking at but overall we loved staying here.

Espero poder volver.

Venligt personale, men hotellet er under renovering. Strømafbrydelse og derfor ingen AC første nat. Tredje nat var AC i stykker. Utrolig meget larm fra ventilationssystem lige udenfor vores vindue.

A very nice hotel. The location is one of the best in all of Istanbul. Its walking distance to the Galata bridge and Istiklal caddesi. The neighborhood is wonderful and pittoresk with alot of Cafes, restaurants, shops and small bars. However its quiet at around midnight so no problems to sleep. The rooms are quite big and in good condition. The WiFi is fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure stay there again next time I visit Istanbul.

The economic rooms are very small, I didn’t realize I had booked an economic room, Until we got there. It has a full size bed a little too small for 2 persons. Couldn’t get an upgrade for a larger room. It was ok for one night before our flight home.

The location is perfect, especially if you are boarding a cruise from Galata port. With plenty of bars, restaurants and and shops around the hotel. Its within walking distance of both the port and some of the great sites around Galata. Although the renovation is not complete the hotel is comfortable and delivers exactly what you paid for. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. A local breakfast was included but offered in a nearby venue as the kitchen renovation was not completed. It was the highlight of my stay. Definitely recommend.

Espero poder volver.
