Hotel is in a wonderful location ! Close to all major attractions like blue mosque grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia ! Love the morning breakfast good options, gym is substantial! Rooms are big enough and bed sleeps good ! Hotel has nice ambience and great amenities ! Very affordable for what you get ! Love the staff that works the front desk and breakfast area ! Aynur who works breakfast area provided excellent service to the guests and their families! She is very hardworking and has outstanding communication skills ! She is an asset to the Hampton organization! and will excel in any field she chooses! Wonderful personality! She and the staff are the reason people like us return over and over again ! Thanks Hampton hotel for giving me and my family a wonderful experience! Stayed in room 315 !

Poor maintenance. Small room, bad layout, windows has no view, noisy aircon, 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, malfunction hand shower, empty shower gel dispenser, no parking (had to use Holiday Inn's parking facility for a fee), only 1 power socket in the room at the dressing desk... Bad experience for this Ramada hotel.

location is good not the room I expected, its a disabled person room as everything low in height. Noisy squeaky bed and floor no available sockets, all occupied with the table lamps no master switch next to the bed Wi-Fi login requires passport number every time you connect

My partner and I spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. All the staff were great but in particulars our housekeeping lady Sanya was lovely and very accommodating. Always with such a warm smile. As a wheelchair user I found that getting into a little difficult but once in everything was fine. And we did find that staff were always there always in hand to help us. We had room service one night an though the menu was limited the food was good. We had a room on the 6th floor with a Terrace which had an amazing view of the city and the sea. We happily returned next time we go to Istanbul. I did find getting the city was fairly easy for me to wheel around in my chair so would go back. Thank you guys for making our holiday nice and comfortable x

The shower cubicle had mold everywhere. The shower was broken. The toilet door lock was broken. The tea kettle was nit there. We had to ask. Window once opened, the opening is dangerous as too low. When breakfast was served, multple chafing dishes had common serving spoon. Hence its really bad for vegan or vegetarian guests. The overall stay in thhis property is not at all like earlier Ramada experience.

Short stay with them. The toilet has little moulds in the bottom shower. There was no heating and staff cannot speak English properly and we also decided not to ask/seek help from them. Breakfast selection was good and location is good too.

Stayed four nights there. Staff was courteous, however they didn’t pay big attention to my requests. That wasn’t an issue as the room and bath were spotless clean and I could relax and recover with no complaints. It is a slightly worn out hotel and breakfast looks varied and abundant, however the products are cheap and simple. Anyway, for starting the day it’s quite enough. Wouldn’t be my firs option when visiting the city, however it was reasonable priced and the Laleli area is well connected by metro (Vezneciler Statiion), tram and bus to the rest of the city.

Die Fotos von den Zimmern passen nicht überein mit den tatsächlichen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind klein man kann kaum sein Koffer öffnen, da man nicht genug Platz hat. Wir hatten keine Aussicht. Man hat nur ein Gebäude/Wand gesehen aus dem Fenster. Das Badezimmer sollte renoviert werden. An manchen stellen Schimmelt es schon. Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend!

The rooms are not suitable for family for example, mother and child etc as the bathroom has tinted glass, no wall or solid doors and the pedson inside is visible. When asked to cancel 2 nights out of my 3 nigts they didnt. I wouldnt recommend.

Was terrible stay there was construction next door to my room and couldn't sleep or work and I complain many times and they didn't listen and I complain to hotels.com equally didn't care and I ask for a refund they refused i asked them to change my own they refused and they just said it is what it is and I had to live with the noise for 2 full days, don't go there. I went for the brand and I was disappointed

We stayed 5 nights. The whole hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they try very hard to please customers. The only thing that I had difficulties with was water pressure and hot water. During shower, the water pressure changes frequently and hot water comes intermittently. I couldn’t adjust the right mix of hot and cold water. This may be a systemic issue. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

The AC was not working well, and it was very hot during the day, muggy and hot at night. We had a horrible night sleep. They were supposed to bring us a fan, but that did not take place u til the second night. We slept well the second night. They were courteous and respectful. Just need to fix their AC.

We stayed at Ramada for 4 nights and the stay was very comfortable. On the first night we got 2 different rooms on 2 different floors (we were staying with our 2 teenagers). On the next day the manager was very kind and we changed our rooms to a family room and that also for free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Food at breakfast not great however a very friendly wait staff named Ayamur The check-in was slow and reception did not pay attention to the order that people came in. We were given incorrect information about taxis and most people were not friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and the coffee horrific. And the room was hot. Overall experience was negative and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are friendly and even packed breakfast for us on the checkout date because we had to leave very early in the morning when everything is still closed. The staff booked the Bosphorous tour for us where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel lobby. It's four stations away from Sultanahmet where Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, etc are located. It's three stations away from Grand Bazaar and walking distance to the aqueduct.

The reception staff and breakfast were lovely. The room itself was a bit tired and dated (but comfortable beds, clean and quiet). It is not really close to the Grand Bazaar - either a 20/25 minute walk or walk & tram. But there are several good places to eat close by. It is well worth getting a city travel card so that you can use the tram to get to the main attractions in this area. They are a long walk if it is hot. Decent value for the money

Great distance at least 30 min walk from the blue mosque and Safia. The tram line was very close. Hotel rooms were small but cosy. The breakfast option was local Continental options, staff were friends and accommodating. Pleasant hotel

Great location. It's about 2 minutes on foot from Aksaray station. The staff is really kind and the room cleaning is also very polite. The breakfast was also delicious .You can use it safely with security. All staff have such a wonderful personality. Aww., I wish I could speak English more ! only thank you is not enough. I really appreciate . I definitely want to visit again! 素晴らしいロケーション。アクサライ駅からは徒歩約2分です。スタッフ全員とても親人柄がよく部屋の掃除も行き届いています。朝食はビュッフェタイプで美味しかったです。オリーブがとくに気に入りました（笑）。セキュリティ面も安心できます。帰りは空港までタクシーでした。フロントスタッフは信用できるタクシーさんを呼んでくださり一緒にお願いしてくれました。安心できました。口では言い表せないくらい有難かったです。ぜひまた訪れたいです！

Good breakfast, decent location not too far from the nearest metro or tram, also walkable to Sultanahmet Square. Parts of the room were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable and completely blackout curtains which you don't always get, not too much light came in from the bathroom
