Buen hotel , le falta mantenimiento en general , mi estancia fue de dos noches y nos cambiaron de cuarto Tres veces ,no servia la TV , el serví-bar no enfría bien , el teléfono No sirve , la chapa de la puerta está descompuesta , la máquina de hacer hielo del hotel NO sirve , en fin , a final de cuentas , respondieron en lo necesario !!

En una estancia de dos noches , nos cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto , no servía la chapa de ingreso a la recámara , no servía la TV , no servía el serví-bar , la chapa de la puerta del baño no sirve , el teléfono no funciona , el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido , algo rosa , la regadera está floja, se cae , pides Hielo y la máquina del hotel está descompuesta , ya no sigo porque no terminaría de TODOS los detalles de este Hotel disque de 4 estrellas , fue terrible !! Falta Mucho Mantenimiento en General al inmueble!!!

Çok güzeldi, 1 gece kaldık ertesi gün açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitliliği mükemmeldi. Oda temizliği gerek çalışan ilgisi çok iyiydi. Jakuzi var diye seçmiştim bu odayı ama yoktu.Tavsiye ediyorum.

Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. It's an unsafe and messy place. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room. And they charge for more than you use.

Hatte das teuerste zimmer (king) wurde extra wegen Whirlpool gebucht was kamm raus Defekt keine funtion. Zimmer könnte sauberer sein handtücher waren nicht sauber (flecken) tepich voller haare. Musste mein auto schlüssel abgeben an der Rezeption war ja soweit alles in Ordnung nur leider beim verlassen des hottels brachten die mein auto mit voller vogelscheise. Vorm hottel waren zwar Parkplätze aber nein sie müssten ja hin und her fahren. Nie wieder

Internet sorunlu, kahvalti orta derecede, personal iyiydi, odalar arasi ses yalıtımı kotuydu. 4 yıldızlı bir otele gore iyi degildi. Boyle bir yer tutacagima 3 yildizli daha uygun yada 5 yildizli daha guzel tutmayi tercih ederdim

Bel hotel molto elegante stanza molto spaziosa accogliente e confortevole situato al centro di ankara e delle piazza kizlay dove arriva e da dove parte il pulman ankaraair da e verso l'aeroporto. Ottima connessione internet colazione poco assortita ma buona se per pochi giorni o una settimana al massimo. Ritornerò con molto piacere spero al piu presto possibile. Molto simpatico e socievole il manager dell'hotel !

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

Otel gerçekten çok kötü. Aile için hiç uygun değil. (Eşim ve 2 çocuğumla konaklamak istemiştim ) Resepsiyonist Gökhan Bey ve bellboy arkadaş özverili dahi olsalar otelin kötü imajını düzeltemiyorlar. Odalardaki çarşaflar yırtık önceki konaklamadan bolca saç teli kalmış odada bir koku var kırmızıya çalan bir ışık. Odalar temiz değil 2-3 saat bekleyip uyumaya cesaret edemedik ve uçuşumuz olduğunu söyleyip çıkış yaptık. Halbuki uçuşumuz yoktu ama o kadar iyi biliyorduk ki başka bir oda isteseydik bile aynı şeyle karşılaşacağımızı.

I would have preferred a non-smoking room. All rooms at this hotel are smoking rooms. The employees were so kind as to check out four rooms to pick the one with the least smell. The location is quite central. It is easy to walk to the Metro and other points of interest.

We were told that we couldn’t stay in the hotel because surnames weren’t the same. They said it was a “law”. They couldn’t show us the law or policy… supposedly had to call for management approval. Even after management approval we were stopped and questioned every time we entered the hotel. The window in the room was left open by staff and it rained the day we checked in. So, one of the beds were wet, the floor was wet, and so was the window sill…we had to call for dry towels so we could shower… all towels were used to clean and dry the room. It took them forever to bring them up and they wouldn’t leave them until we gave them all of the others in trade. For 7 years I have been traveling to Turkey usually staying 10-14 days each visit … I have been all over the country (From Istanbul to Trabzon to Urfa and everywhere in between) Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable!!!

So, one of the beds were wet, the floor was wet, and so was the window sill…we had to call for dry towels so we could shower… all towels were used to clean and dry the room. It took them forever to bring them up and they wouldn’t leave them until we gave them all of the others in trade. For 7 years I have been traveling to Turkey usually staying 10-14 days each visit … I have been all over the country (From Istanbul to Trabzon to Urfa and everywhere in between) Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable!!!

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

I would have preferred a non-smoking room. All rooms at this hotel are smoking rooms. The employees were so kind as to check out four rooms to pick the one with the least smell. The location is quite central. It is easy to walk to the Metro and other points of interest.

Bel hotel molto elegante stanza molto spaziosa accogliente e confortevole situato al centro di ankara e delle piazza kizlay dove arriva e da dove parte il pulman ankaraair da e verso l'aeroporto. Ottima connessione internet colazione poco assortita ma buona se per pochi giorni o una settimana al massimo. Ritornerò con molto piacere spero al piu presto possibile. Molto simpatico e socievole il manager dell'hotel !

Great location near all shop and few minutes walking to kizilay square. The blankets were extremely dirty and AC didn't work well. Breakfast is good but some bowls had broken pieces. The rooms are spacious.
