When I arrived, my room had been given to another guest!! They had no rooms left, so they invited me to sleep in their own house. Of course I appreciated the invite, because it was already night and I had no other options... but I had to share a room with no air conditioner, instead of having my own and climatization. They still asked for the same price anyway. Appart from that, the place was clean and quite, nice garden and 10min walk from the south gate of the travertines. I couldn’t try the brakfast either becouse I had to leave early in the morning.

Çok güzel ve yeşillikli bir avlu bahçesi bulunan 10-12 odalı konak tarzı bir yapısı var. İşletmenin babası Sami bey burayı elleriyle dekore etmiş. Eşi de buranın yerlisi çok cana yakın hoş sohbet bir abla. Sadece bize karşı değil, tüm misafirlere samimi bir şekilde davrandıklarını gördük. Ortam çok temiz ve zevkli dekore edilmiş. Çok hoş asma bir terası da var. Tahsis edilen oda da tertemizdi. Biz 3 yataklı 20 m²'lik odada kaldık, gayet konforluydu. Bölge hakkında da gereken tüm bilgiyi gezi için püf noktaları ayrıntılı veriyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi, tabak olarak servis ediyorlar, böylelikle ziyan da olmuyor. A lovely shaded garden and the most welcoming family. The rooms were spotless. The Roman coliseum is magnificent and one can walk to it. Great breakfast too! Pay in cash to avoid a credit card charge.

Travertenlere 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, odaları çok temiz, kahvaltı idare eder (verilen paraya göre çok birşey beklememeli), sahibi gayet ilgili ve kibar küçük bir aile işletmesi. Bir gün konakladım gayet rahat uyudum sessiz sakin bir yerde (normalde sesten rahatsız olan birisiyim). Eksik olarak odada buzdolabı yok birde balkonda küçük bir mada olsa daha iyi olur ama vardır kendilerince bildikleri dedim çok takılmadım açıkcası.

This family owned & operated hotel is a jewel. The room was impeccably clean, the beds very comfortable, and the food delicious - made with locally sourced fresh vegetables & fruit. The owner went out of her way to make our stay special and all of her staff were friendly & helpful. The Sinter Terasse Hotel was an oasis of beauty. My daughter & I spent 3 nights at the hotel and would highly recommend it to all!

Family run guesthouse on the outskirts of pamukkale. Quiet area. Some rooms have balconies but mine didn't, so I had the view of neighbours wall. Comfy bed and good size otherwise. Breakfast was really good, but no pool. Friendly and welcoming owners made me wanted.

Cute property, lovely courtyard, small and cosy, owners very friendly i felt welcomed as soon as i arrived , nice peaceful vibe, 5min walk to town,bus leaves at end of small road,,breakfast ample and delicious .really liked this place. Pilloes n bed were good. The travertines n ruins were absolutely amazung. Highlight of the trip.

We were asked to give cash because they would have to pay a fee. Then greeted by an awful perspiration smelling son who didn’t bother to help with our bags. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Beds were rock hard. A/C was very weak. But the real deal breaker was after leaving the room for a bit and returning to a mouse running across the bed. It was late so we couldn’t go else where. They did change our room. The morning cold water shower was a fitting farewell.

Pamukkale travertenlerinin kalbinde sessiz sakin temiz çalışanlar ilgili, kahvaltısı son derece yeterli ve doyurucuydu. 1 gece kaldım ama tekrar yolum Pamukkale ye düştüğünde mutlaka tekrar kalacağım. Herşey için teşekkürler 🙏

Family run guesthouse on the outskirts of pamukkale. Quiet area. Some rooms have balconies but mine didn't, so I had the view of neighbours wall. Comfy bed and good size otherwise. Breakfast was really good, but no pool. Friendly and welcoming owners made me wanted.

Cute property, lovely courtyard, small and cosy, owners very friendly i felt welcomed as soon as i arrived , nice peaceful vibe, 5min walk to town,bus leaves at end of small road,,breakfast ample and delicious .really liked this place. Pilloes n bed were good. The travertines n ruins were absolutely amazung. Highlight of the trip.

Bonita y limpia habitación para familia de 5 personas. Dispone de poco espacio para poner las maletas, así que está bien para una estancia corta. Está en un lugar tranquilo, un poco alejado de los bares. Desayuno bueno y abundante en un patio agradable al aire libre. El único inconveniente es que hay que pagar en metálico, poque la comisión es muy alta, del 10%. Posteriormente para que no tuviera que ir a un cajero fue amable y rebajó la comisión.

When I arrived, my room had been given to another guest!! They had no rooms left, so they invited me to sleep in their own house. Of course I appreciated the invite, because it was already night and I had no other options... but I had to share a room with no air conditioner, instead of having my own and climatization. They still asked for the same price anyway. Appart from that, the place was clean and quite, nice garden and 10min walk from the south gate of the travertines. I couldn’t try the brakfast either becouse I had to leave early in the morning.

Çok güzel ve yeşillikli bir avlu bahçesi bulunan 10-12 odalı konak tarzı bir yapısı var. İşletmenin babası Sami bey burayı elleriyle dekore etmiş. Eşi de buranın yerlisi çok cana yakın hoş sohbet bir abla. Sadece bize karşı değil, tüm misafirlere samimi bir şekilde davrandıklarını gördük. Ortam çok temiz ve zevkli dekore edilmiş. Çok hoş asma bir terası da var. Tahsis edilen oda da tertemizdi. Biz 3 yataklı 20 m²'lik odada kaldık, gayet konforluydu. Bölge hakkında da gereken tüm bilgiyi gezi için püf noktaları ayrıntılı veriyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi, tabak olarak servis ediyorlar, böylelikle ziyan da olmuyor. We were asked to give cash because they would have to pay a fee. Then greeted by an awful perspiration smelling son who didn’t bother to help with our bags. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Beds were rock hard. A/C was very weak. But the real deal breaker was after leaving the room for a bit and returning to a mouse running across the bed. It was late so we couldn’t go else where. They did change our room. The morning cold water shower was a fitting farewell.

This family owned & operated hotel is a jewel. The room was impeccably clean, the beds very comfortable, and the food delicious - made with locally sourced fresh vegetables & fruit. The owner went out of her way to make our stay special and all of her staff were friendly & helpful. The Sinter Terasse Hotel was an oasis of beauty. My daughter & I spent 3 nights at the hotel and would highly recommend it to all!

The owners were super helpful when we found out our next country changed the rules and required a PCR test. They were kind enough to find a testing center, drive us there, and translate for us. Other than that, the accommodation is satisfactory for the price. Nothing fancy, but a good spot to catch some shut eye.

Very near Pamukkale. The owner get friendly after a chat. The place isn't luxurious but comfortable, clean and in good condition. It feels authentic like in a turkish countryside familly house. The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants.

Cana yakın ve sevecen bir aile işletmesi teşekkür ederim. 2 günlük konaklama yaptık daha uzun süreli kalınabilir. Benim sadece önerim olabilir. Kahvaltı dourucu fakat seçeneklerini biraz artırabilir. Çocuklar için farklı seçenekler sunulabilir. Buna rağmen keyifli bir 2 gün geçirdik. Teşekkür ederim.

Excellent hotel 12 min walk away from the thermal pools and the ruins. The bus stop is also only 3 min from the hotel. The room itself is great, very clean and compact with a very cute little balcony to enjoy the sunset. Air conditioning was great and much needed in the weather. We were asked to give cash because they would have to pay a fee. Then greeted by an awful perspiration smelling son who didn’t bother to help with our bags. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Beds were rock hard. A/C was very weak. But the real deal breaker was after leaving the room for a bit and returning to a mouse running across the bed. It was late so we couldn’t go else where. They did change our room. The morning cold water shower was a fitting farewell.
