Across the reviews, Hotel Timya is praised for its convenient Kadıköy location near transit and the ferry, generally quiet rooms, and decent value, while feedback on cleanliness, dated decor, and cigarette smoke in some rooms is mixed.

Staff impressions range from very friendly and helpful to unresponsive, with some complaints about room servicing and policies. Several guests found rooms basic or old fashioned, with occasional maintenance issues and limited in room extras like water or a kettle. Expect a simple, budget friendly base in a great spot.

Odada SU YOK. Buzdolabının fişi bile takılı değil. Eşyalar eski. Kapı kasalarının yere yakın yerleri çürümüş. Banyoda yer karoları üzerinde işlemiş kirler var. Yatak küçük. Odanın resimekilere benzeyen tek tarafı boyutu. Dekor ve bakım anlamında alakası yok. Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum
